They were very informative. I scheduled an installation of two fans and it has made an incredible difference - even in this summer's heat, the upstairs bedrooms have been comfortable day and night. There is no heat buildup! Installation took less than half a day, the solar panels are small and hardly noticeable on the roof, and cleanup was complete. I highly recommend OCSI. I have used their services for routine chimney maintenance and roof raking, and have always found them knowledgable and reliable.

Appointment went great - Brayden and Logan were both very professional and pleasant to engage with. The cleaning was fast and efficient, and the price I was given for the repairs our flue and chimney needs were very fair. Brayden was very clear and transparent in discussing the repairs, letting me know what work was essential and what I could wait on (or skip entirely) - huge relief for a new homeowner where costs are piling up.
