- RRRgdApr 22, 20265.0HONEST!!!! that's why I chose The Original Chimney Sweep. Competitive prieing, cheaper than some, and always professional. Every person I dealt with, from sales to installation were great. they took care of permits and inspection. I had a 6" insert installed in our Chimney, a cap and wash done. They inspected the masonry around the chimney and told me it did not need pointing and it was in great condition. Unlike another company who tried to swindle me out of a grand to fix something that I didn't need. They installed at the end of winter and I explained I was concerned if they pointed the chimney in cold weather the cement would crack and fall off. They were happy to come back in the spring to complete the work. I HIGHLY recommend The Original Chimney Sweep.

Technician did not have a replacement igniter resulting in a second service call. The price I paid for an igniter was $40 less than quoted by you. I paid for two service visits which should have been completed during the first visit. The technicians were professional and kept the home clean and free of dust and cleaned up which was appreciated.
