I had an email confirmation stating an arrival time of 11 to 11:30 a.m., although I was told when booking by phone that the actual arrival window was 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. After waiting until 3:30 p.m., I called and was told I had no appointment and that some appointments had been "mistakenly cancelled." I received no cancellation notice, automated or otherwise. I had made arrangements to be home during regular business hours. Scheduling mistakes happen, but leaving a customer waiting for hours without notification is unacceptable. This experience left me with little confidence in their reliability. Edit post reply from owner: Sorry that's simply not what happened. Your team tried to gaslight me that my appointment was actually on 10/26 and that I had the dates wrong. No discount was offered, what would even be discounted on a free estimate visit?
