  This install had issues from the start between schedules, 1st crew not aware of process, and sickness. Once Alberto and KY arrived all went well. They knew the process, worked well together and were very friendly. Also thanks to Sam for getting the credit for a previous install.

  The Groundworks technician, Archie Boone, is amazing! His communication, expertise, and professionalism are top notch. Archie personally called me the day before to confirm the appointment, and texted me his ETA on the scheduled day--and he was on time! On site, he was respectful of our home and cleaned everything up when he was done. Our waterproofing system is over 20 years old and needed attention. Archie explained the service issues, risks of equipment failure, and helped us make informed decisions. He makes Groundworks look great!

  Only 3 stars because we are not happy with a downspout connection. The downspout is not connected to the tube in the ground. Mike Grande has yet to respond. I can't say enough about Chris and most of his team! They worked so hard in the blazing heat. On the last day, they were told to complete our job because they had another the next day. He and another guy stayed until 9:30 pm even though they were exhausted. I feel that our project was rushed so that another could begin. Chris and most of his team ( not all) deserve 20 stars .

  Christian Roy and Tyler DeBurgo were fantastic and deserve 5 stars! They did a great job, communicated perfectly and were incredible gentlemen. Groundworks should be extremely proud to have them on their team. I gave 4 stars overall as the process to get to this completed project was not an easy one. Thank you Christian and Tyler! Tripping hazard now gone thanks to your skills! My wife will be very happy!

  Alberto, Abdulhamid and Ky were a phenomenal team. Very professional and dedicated to their work to give the best outcome. They explained every detail of each stage of the job. I appreciated their communication the best. A great team of hard working and positive personalities that were awesome in all aspects of their responsibilities to the task of addressing our foundation issues.
