  Terrance, Ricardo and Cory did an amazing job with installing my sump pump. Job was super neat, the grass leading to where the water is pumped was put back perfectly and I got a detailed tour of everything they did as part of the work. All the while they were professional also overall great to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to install your sump pump if you need one.

  These guys were the best !! A 3 man crew of Joey Hanley , Melvin Mattocks, Zyair Dasilva represented their company extremely well. They were true professionals Start to finish. They answered all questions and gave advice on a side project I'm working on. They actually cared about our home in and out. Their work areas were neat and clean with all debris removed. I would say this has been the best company to work with. They even sent a supervisor to check on the job and crew. A+++ all the way !! My wife and i highly recommend Ground Works for any foundation repairs or similar jobs. They installed a new sub pump and worked outside on installing new pipes for our drain system. I can't say enough on how good this company was to work with. C. Loper West Warwick, RI

  Old house on the cape with unfinished basement that needed shoring up, humidity control and insulation. My contact person, the foreman, was Larry Dasilva. He kept me in the loop and let me know what has happening and when. The workers Charkeem Hyatt and Antony Texaria were also lovely when we bumped into each other, and I could see that they worked very hard! The town inspector came by today and said the job was well done! I am happy with the work that was done.

  We recently had Groundworks come to help us fix a concrete walkway in our backyard which had cracked and partially sank into the ground. Our crew (Christina & Guiles) were wonderful to work with - they called on their way, arrived when they said they would, explained the project scope and reviewed everything with me again before they finished. It wasn't the most glamorous of projects but it had to be done to remove a tripping hazard and further erosion! Groundworks seems to handle a lot of different types of projects so we will definitely be reaching out to them in the future!

  “Poor experience” In February of 2026 I paid thousand$ for my down payment to Groundworks for work at my property. Since that point nothing but problems and STILL not resolved. First start date scheduled for the job and I take time out from work and Groundworks cancels. Second scheduled start date I take time out from work and Groundworks cancels again. Third time scheduled and they start the job but luckily I showed up! The crews were digging the holes in the wrong locations because they didn’t understand the sketch they were given. If I hadn’t shown up they would have installed all 6 jacks in the wrong locations. And when they got that straightened out and I asked them specifically where they would install the jacks at the correct engineered locations it still proved to be in the wrong location again? Did Groundworks thank me? Nope. In the end Groundworks stated that they could not properly do the job unless I allowed them to tear up the tiled floor and plywood above , all with additional cost to the job. Seeing that this was obviously not a good solution I continued to give Groundworks solid options to complete the job but in the end they decided not to continue. So on August 19th they agreed to come back to the site to clean up the absolute mess they left behind in the crawlspace and they agreed to refund my down payment. It is now October 5th and I have yet to receive my refund check and supposedly they will show up tomorrow to clean up? And from August right up until now all I have asked for is an update and the entire time has been excuses or promises to get information that they have never provided. My suggestion to those who may consider contracting with Groundworks would be to research other companies. And now Groundworks will respond to this post and deflect and make it sound like they care but all they had to do was what they promised almost two months ago is to clean up and refund. All messages were saved.
