Had 2 , 43 year old sliders replaced. My contractor was Manny and 1 other. They were prompt, efficient ,and very neat. Had to replace the existing trim as it was old and wrong size. They worked nearly 6 hours without a break or complaint! Finished the install of both before going to Home Depot for new trim! The finished job is beautiful and keeps noise out and hopefully keeps my condo warmer this winter. When they were leaving it was dark, and I saw them with a flashlight, looking for nails or other material, where they were parked. On another note, when I first moved into my condo 4 years ago, I had all 12 of my windows replaced by Window World, recommended by a friend. Another great job, which is why I used them again

So far this has been a great experience with Window World. Our sales rep Sylvester was phenomenal. Elvis and his team did a great neat job on both doors. One of our door knobs got damaged in transit and they were more than willing to send us a replacement ASAP. We are currently waiting on the new know to arrive but overall great professional service. I would definitely recommend Window world

I was very pleased with Window World, from the initial visit from the design consultant, Sylwester, to the installation. Elvis and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time and proceeded to install my replacement windows efficiently. My windows look great.

We had three large crank out window units installed in our house last week. Elvis and the rest of the installers exceeded our expectations. They did not only an amazing job installing and trimming out the windows inside and out, but they left our house immaculate inside and out. I would highly recommend Window World for your next window project.
