  We had only two windows that had not been replaced yet. Window World gave us a great price for the new windows. They came when they said they would and were very professional with the install. They cleaned up everything when they were done. We love our new windows!

  Window world of Boston did a great job! Elvis and his assistant were very skilled and professional. They completed the installation of glass sliding doors quickly and with attention to detail. They removed the old doors and cleaned up completely. Elvis was polite and explained the process as he went along. I would recommend them to anyone who seeks a job well done.   Installers were very professional and respectful of the property and were quick to clean up after each window installation. Only issue was they did not leave until almost dark and ask how do the the windows looks. Being that is was dark, I was unable to give the windows a good look especially on the outside to examine the trim work and seam work. Contractors seemed to rush to finish the project in one day rather than calling it a day and coming back in the morning to properly complete the job. I was unable to determine if insulation was reinstalled above our bay window even though I was provided pictures that were hard to see when the lighting was not right. I expected the job to take two days but the contractors seemed adamant to finish in one day.

  I have had multiple project and window world covered it all with professionalism and done right. Looks great and they clean up when they’re done highly recommend.

  We are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we experienced with our recent window and front door replacements. From the initial call at our home, to the visits for measuring and rechecking measurements, to accommodating a few installation date changes due to winter snow storms to the actual installation we were completely satisfied with every bit of service we received.
