  Had a leak in a toilet installed badly during a renovation about 4 years ago. Carlo was AWESOME. He came on time, he knew what he was doing (20 + years as a plumber). His work was correct the final fix was perfect. I can tell, I'm a mechanic. He took great care to keep my tiles nice and clean, had great attitude even when the job went south and didn't stop until the job was done. Will definitly use these guys again.

  Pasquale is unbelievably knowledgeable and professional in every regard. He took the time to best understand what my heating and cooling needs are and explained in detail the pros and cons to every scenario. Based on the knowledge and professional alone I would highly recommend Spencer Home Services. Outstanding customer communication as well in regard to service appt, calling to verify that you are on the schedule and also calling when they are 30 minutes away!

  This Business appears very highly rated, and our dealings with their company on the phone were fantastic. The first appointment we had, they had to cancel because the technician got injured and that’s totally understandable and Thank you for telling us. The next appointment got canceled at the last minute and then the appointment set for today: We were given a call that they were on their way and 2 1/2 hours later they still had not shown up. We are extremely disappointed and will never be contacting them again. This seems totally out of character, considering all the positive reviews, but we honestly can’t say much else.

  recently had Charles Barragan install a new AC unit and repair the existing lines at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the new system. What really stood out was how respectful he and his entire crew were of my property and home. They were careful with all my belongings, kept the work area clean throughout the day, and left everything spotless when they finished. It was obvious they take pride in their work and treat customers’ homes with care. Thanks to Charles, my new AC is running perfectly and the line repairs were done right. I feel confident in the quality of the installation and would absolutely recommend Charles and his team to anyone needing HVAC work. Excellent job all around!

  Today I had the privilege of Oscar, Julio, and Chuck coming to my home to install a sewer liner. I had been researching this tech for years, but only when William came for a site-visit, did a free inspection, and showed me video of my badly troubled sewer pipe and explained everything I was seeing, did I finally feel safe enough to move forward. Spencer Home Services took care of me from the first interaction with their phone staff, to William coming out, and then to Angel coordinating everything to make sure the work got scheduled on time. Angel was in constant touch, and kept me informed about the crew’s schedule, which really helped me plan. Then once Oscar, Julio & Chuck arrived Oscar carefully explained everything that he and his crew were going to do. At every stage he checked in, brought me to the site, and showed me what was going to happen next. The care this crew and the company took to make sure I was informed made all the difference. This is my first house, and everyone at Spencer treated it as if it was theirs. I am SO GRATEFUL. And I’m sure all of their crews are great (but ask for Oscar, Julio & Chuck ;)).
