He was incredibly professional, experienced, well-spoken, and easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had our system up and running again in no time. It's never fun needing emergency service on a holiday, but Charles made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. We truly appreciated his expertise, responsiveness, and friendly attitude. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Spencer Home Services has definitely earned our business, and they'll be our first call for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend!

After a quick call, he arrived 35 minutes later, assessed the situation and had a fix quickly thereafter. Knowledgable, professional, and smiling even in the crazy heat. I highly recommend them for any home emergency.

The service was professional and the communication was very clear and open. I cannot comment on their price as I don’t have experience with other company. They were able to coordinate a tech for next morning by 730am. As always, the team member gave me multiple options and quotes. Everything upfront, no hiden costs.The job was done with no time wasted. Professional install, same day, clean, and organized. Top of the line service!!

She not only identified the issue with our toilet, but kept us informed during the process. Now we have a brand new fully functioning toilet and I never imagined how pain free this could ! Molly was swift, attention to detail, and a great educator- we will absolutely be returning customers (hopefully not TOO soon ;)) and will request Molly every time if we can! Also huge thanks to Deanna who took my call bright and early and made my emergency her own- flawless follow up and master of scheduling ! Thank you so so much - and to anyone who is in need of home services, well, look no further ! I’d give 11 stars if I could!
