  Diego from Spencer Home service was very professional, and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant He. Took time to explain what he had to do for both my sinks in different bathrooms that pipes was very clogged . He Solved the problem They take pride in their work and their customers . Highly recommend Also Richard Turner is Fantastic makes sure jobs are done for complete satisfaction. 5 star company

  Spencer home services was first class through the whole process. Wes came to the house to give us our estimate. He was very informative and easy to talk to. We had to cancel our installation twice because of a family medical emergency and Spencer couldn’t have been more gracious and understanding. The whole crew that came to the house the day of the installation and everyone I spoke to in the office were very professional. Lucas was one of the lead technicians and was just a super polite and professional young man. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole process and would recommend Spencer home services without hesitation.

  Thank you Stephen and Brian and team for helping me get my driveway paved. I appreciate your help with permitting and scheduling. Adding an update now that I see how badly the light poles are damaged. I specifically told the people who came out to put forms around these lights and they didn’t do so and now look what has happened - more work. Companies should respect the homeowners when they make a specific request like this because there’s a good reason for it because in order to locate the electric electrical, I’m going to have to dig up the new asphalt. This is a real problem and the drainage is a little messed up as well. Not so happy now. Update: They sent out an electrician first thing and are going to locate a similar lamp and do the repair. Thanks guys!!! I really appreciate a company that stands by its work!!!!

  What outstanding service all around for this company! I called on a Monday for a leaking tub drain repair and to get an estimate for updating the sewer pipes. They were here that afternoon to inspect and quote both jobs. William came to do the full inspection and diagnosis, then quote! He was very thorough with his explanations and stated that we would be taken care of this week. And we definitely were. Wednesday,: Alex, Forest and Lucas came to start the 2 projects. The challenges these young men faced was unreal. But they faced them and conquered them all the way till after 10:30pm. They were not leaving us without a toilet and shower. God bless them all for that! What an amazing crew they were. They were kind, courteous and everything you would expect from an awesome crew. Thursday : Oscar, Cesar and Chuck showed up and these men had the crappiest part of the job but I tell you, hearing them laugh as heartily as they were, that takes some special talent right there. They were informative about every part of the process, invited us to see what they were doing and had no problems answering our questions! They were here until after 9pm and again, making sure we had a toilet and shower! What a blessed crew this was because they had us laughing about the crappy hand we had been dealt! Friday: Jesse arrived finishing all the tub drains and components and he was very pleasant and efficient. He finalized and completed this very long and challenging Job before 10am!! We were so absolutely pleased with the customer service, that they will now be our go to for our rentals. You will not be disappointed in choosing Spencer's Home Services for your plumbing needs and beyond!

  We were overdue for serving our gas boiler and I had already someone come out to clean it who indicated that the system would likely need to be replaced bc the carbon monoxide level was higher than the normal range. I reached out Spencer Home Services (the owner himself also called to check in bc I’d mentioned the high levels when I’d booked the apt). Their tech Pasquale, aka Pat, was amazing, he shared the same concern about the numbers from the previous inspection though unlike the other company’s tech, he did a comprehensive diagnostic and found that the exhaust was full of debris which was casing it to not function correctly. He cleaned everything out and checked the levels again, all in normal range. We have a new HVAC company as of today. We appreciate the timelines and the honesty, thank you Pasquale and Spencer!
