  Recently finished a house build with David Gemme of 13Gables Inc. Couldn't be happier with the experience. David handled everything from beginning to end. As general contractor, David/13Gables uses and oversees top notch sub-contractors. Any issues that came up, David handled it with professionalism. He answered all our questions (there were many) and educated us along the way about the process. He always steered us in the right direction and guided us with his knowledge. David showed himself to be not only a great general contractor, but a Class Act. David, 13Gables and all the subs were an absolute pleasure to work with -- HIGHLY recommend. In fact, we are so happy with the house we have already contracted with David/13Gables for the next project !
