  We did a kitchen renovation with this person's company, and we had to terminate because it was not being completed correctly, along with multiple extra charges. The company charged extra for labor on issues that could have been fixed by getting the right size materials. When asked, the owner replied: "Welcome to Cape Cod," and stated that the contract entails allowing them to charge extra. Read the fine print and don't agree. They also did multiple other things incorrectly, and were unapologetic about it. We stopped the project after having to pay some final funds to agree to terminate. We did not have this experience with another local company in Cape Cod that did our bathroom renovation. There are better options.

  My home is an old 1950’s cottage converted (slowly) into year ‘round. Masseo has patiently and professionally worked with me to maximize the usefulness and aesthetics of my space. The entire staff was delightful to work with respecting both me and my home. They work to take all the dread (well much of it) out of renovation!

  Mazzeo Construction completed an 1100 sq ft addition and updates to our current home creating a seamless transition from 1952 cottage to year round home. Aleks and their team of skilled craftspeople brought our vision to life with no detail left untouched. Communication was always key and we were never left unanswered. We added a living room, bedroom, loft, bathroom, garage, and rec room in our addition. Every room is used all the time and no one can even tell the old from the new! There’s not enough room here to write how great Mazzeo is as a company but the best rec has come from the 3 neighbors currently using Mazzeo for their additions, renovations and a new build!

  We hired Mazzeo Construction for home improvement project and had a great experience. Aleks was quick to respond to answering any questions I had about the project. The team is polite and professional.I highly recommend them.

  Mazzeo Construction did a whole house remodel for me. From roof to windows to floor, bathrooms, kitchen, the whole thing. Alak’s and her team showed up, did the work and did it well. If she found anything not up to standard or code, she’d have them redo it and make it right. As a contractor, she is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, you can count on her and her team to guide you well.
