  Very disappointed. We are new to the area and recently purchased a home with an existing generac. We paid TSD $300 to come do a full-service inspection and oil change. On its first exercise post-servicing the generac started throwing an ‘oil pressure warning’ and would no longer run on its schedule. We thought the sensible solution would be to have TSD come back out since it is something seemingly related to the recent maintenance. TSD came out for a total of 20 minutes (probably less) and all they did was restart the generac and then hand us a $200 bill. Absolutely insane. We were considering picking up the routine services but if this how customers are treated then why would we ever want to continue giving our business.

  Excellent customer service, communication was exemplary, pricing was fair and complete, work crews both electrical and plumbing wise were neat and efficient with regard to our Generac generator installation

  When ever I call TSD Electric I am greeted by Maria in the office and she is always ready to help with any issues presented to her. Yannni and his crew are the utmost professionals and can say that they are by far the BEST!

  I had an issue with my generator, so I called the company that installed it, and they quoted me $1000 to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion so I reached out to TSD and they were amazing! They correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, it turns out the issue was far more manageable and the cost way, way less. I will only use TSD for generator services going forward.
