  Matt came out to install Smoke detectors , he was punctual and very knowledgeable and did a thorough job, he also gave me free quotes and estimate on any future work tye house needs.I have used Castle Electric over the years and have always found them to be professional .

  They are great! The technician arrived on-time to fix my outside lights that were impacted by a recent Noreastern storm. He clearly laid what I had to do immediately versus what was more long time. He wore booties whenever he was inside which I told him was not necessary but it was appreciated. Finally he kept me in the loop on all the findings and next steps. I had complete confidence that the job was going to be done correctly while never feeling pressure to commit to more long term items.

  Matt was exceptional. Highly recommend. As a business owner, this business puts the customer first! I also like how the model is designed to provide safety and assurance at all costs, especially recommend to people over the age of 50 who need an a la carts service and annual service checks.

  This is the second time we have used Castle Electric and we are so happy with their service! Paul and Jack were phenomenal! They answered all our questions, worked efficiently and were done quickly. They even cleaned up and took everything away!! We will definitely be calling them again if we need to. Jim & Sue C.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Castle Electric was extremely professional, with a very transparent process around pricing, scheduling, and communication. The work came out exactly as discussed and agreed upon. The owner, Jim, came out personally to review the work I needed, provide the quote, and walk me through the timeline. He was friendly, straightforward, and very easy to work with. Brian and Rob were the crew who completed the work, and they were outstanding. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and quietly, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Your home is a personal space, and it matters who you invite into it. You want tradespeople who are skilled, professional, respectful, and trustworthy. Castle Electric was exactly that. Easily one of the most polished home services companies I’ve worked with - Highly recommended. I would absolutely use them again.
