  The staff at Precision are amazing. Brenda was kind and accommodating for our slightly unusual and urgent circumstances. Jack was timely and efficient, very knowledgeable and polite in our interactions. Can’t thank them enough for fitting us into their schedule so quickly!

  I had some routine preventative maintenance done on my systems, along with a concern regarding the upstairs of my house not cooling off as it should. Ryan, the service tech was fantastic. He was very knowledgable, explained everything in depth to me and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend using Precision Home Services.

  Just a note to thank you for sending Jack to review, explain and fix our Air Conditioning System today .. If all of your employees are as nice, experienced, dedicated and pleasant as Jack is, you should really congratulate yourselves for being an A-1 Service Company! It is rare that a homeowner, like my Wife and I, have had a service provider as well trained in their craft as Jack is ... You should be very proud of this young man .. He took the time to explain every detail about his findings and how he would eliminate the problem for us. His professionalism far exceeded the expectations of a service provider.   I recently had a heat pump and mini split systems installed in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The logistics of the installation were not easy, but the team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Led by Cody, with Ryan as his main assistant, the crew showed incredible professionalism, expertise, and dedication. What could have easily been a chaotic project was handled smoothly. They completed the entire job in just 3 days, working efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. Furthermore, I was highly impressed by their respect for my property. They thoroughly cleaned up the work area every single day, leaving my home in pristine condition. Once the installation was complete, Cody and Ryan took the time to patiently explain exactly how the systems work and how to operate the controls. Their hard work and customer-focused approach truly stood out. I highly recommend Cody, Ryan, and their installation team to anyone needing HVAC work. They are fantastic!

  We had our air conditioning installed by Precision. Mike was the first person who came to our home to assess whether they could do the job. He stayed with us for 2 hours, carefully answering all our questions until we understood the kind of system we would require. We got a quote from him in a 3 our 4 days. There were 3 options to choose from. Once we agreed on our option, we set up the installation in about 2 weeks. The office staff were incredible and prompt. Day of the installation, Tyler the tech arrived promptly at 7am like we were told., He was accompanied by another Tech, very quiet. Once they worked out where everything was, They started to work. I had offered them Tea/Coffee but no. Very professional. They worked for 3 days tirelessly. On the 3rd day Tyler and Team were here for over 12 hours as they an issue with one of the boards. As he could not resolve it. He informed us that Josh would come the next day Again very professional. Josh was here until 5pm eventually resolved the issue. But just to make sure everything was in order decided to come back the next business day to test everything. Again Tyler, the other Tech and Josh, were promptly. They tested everything. They did not leave until they were or I was satisfied and knew how to run the system (I’m not very tech savvy) they were patient. Until I was satisfied, they did not ask for any payment, apart from the initial deposit. Josh said before he left that if we don’t understand something about the system or how to work it, just give them a call up to a year no charge, I would recommend precision to anyone who would like their A/C installed.
