  Tiago delivered exactly what he said he would. He is very personable and honest. He also has the best people working for him. Luciano tiled our two showers—a work of art! The highest standards in service and quality. Couldn’t be happier.

  Spring Home Improvement made our bathroom renovation project easy. They helped us develop our layout as well as select fixtures and fittings. The construction team was very courteous and careful to protect areas not involved in the construction project while they worked. They also consistently cleaned up at the end of every work day. All inspections were passed first time, with zero rework required. When we decided to make small changes during the project execution Tiago and Junia were very accommodating. Once construction was complete They made sure we were 100% satisfied with all finishes and ensured any punch list items were completed.

  We recently bought a new home and wanted to install a bathroom and sauna in our basement. Since we are new to home renovations, we needed a contractor who could help us plan and execute the project. We contacted a few companies, but Tiago stood out from the start by being flexible and highly responsive. While other companies refused to shrink the project to fit our budget, Tiago happily worked with us. He helped us design the layout and even sourced a custom marble shelf we could not find on our own. We are very happy with the results. Every detail in the bathroom looks great, and the sauna is perfect. Whenever a minor issue popped up, Tiago responded quickly and fixed it right away. His team even went out of their way to paint a wall outside the bathroom that was not in the original plan. The project did take a bit longer than we anticipated, mostly because we had to wait for inspections. However, the timeline was still very reasonable. Tiago’s team was also very respectful of our property. They did their best to stay quiet when I had important work meetings at home. Because we are so inexperienced, we did not realize we had to provide some of the materials ourselves. Luckily, Tiago’s team was very accommodating and simply came back once we got what was needed. We highly recommend Tiago and his team for their great skills and helpful attitude!

  Spring Home, Inc. has designed and installed a bathroom in my house. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. They were able to gain maximum use out of a minimum amount of space, as is evident by the photos provided. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Tiago and Junia were great to work with on this project. I would highly recommend this company, they are a great group to work with on any home improvement projects, that you are planning.
