- TLThomas LynchNov 24, 20251.0Experience 0 out of 10 the older guy Kenny at the back dealing with the check outs is very rude and possibly a little racist, gave me a hard time about purchasing a box of shingles and even asked for an ID so he could “make sure the name matches the card” never have I ever dealt with such disrespect at a lumber yard I definitely won’t be coming back here and will be contacting corporate offices
- JMJerome MurphyOct 8, 20205.0National Lumber stands behind their products. And they keep terrific records. Several thermal glass windows in my house had failed, evidenced by fogging. National Lumber researched the original order and was able to obtain replacements from the mfr. Installing the new sashes took me just a minute or two for each one. This is even more remarkable in that the original builder couldn't finish the house and lost it to a bank. The next builder finished it a couple of years later and I am the second owner since then.
