He understood we had a budget for our garage and never tried to push anything extra on us. We ended up getting everything we wanted and even more, all for a great price. When our HVAC subcontractors accidentally damaged the motor, The owner came out himself and took care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find. The product quality is just as great as the service. Highly recommend!
