  Rob and the young fellow in training who came with him we’re great. They checked everything out and kind of confirmed my suspicion about power. They’re gonna put me in contact with an electrician. I would really feel comfortable working with Yellowdog in the future. It’s not given that contractors feel like family, but somehow this guy Rob feels that way.

  I had them come out last year and they seemed to fix the issue for heat. In the summer they sent someone, the guy bypassed blower fan to be always on, wouldn’t come out to switch it back, was not able to diagnose the issue. No flash forward a year later, the heat issue came back, not sure why. Revising review. Owned called me up and they sent someone to fix it, its fixed now.

  I can't say enough good things about Yellow Dog Plumbing. They installed a new heating and cooling system and a new water heater in our home, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional at every step. They showed up when they said they would, explained the work clearly, and treated our home with real care. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Just as important, the job was finished on schedule. With a project this size, I expected a delay or two, but they kept everything on track and did not cut corners. The quality of the work and the level of service were exceptional. If you're weighing who to trust with a major system in your home, choose Yellow Dog. We'll be calling them for anything we need in the future and recommending them to friends and neighbors.

  We recently used Yellow Dog Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for service at our veterinary hospital, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.   Fantastic experience across the board. Everyone I dealt with was professional and super friendly. Communication was excellent. They let you know a time-window for an appointment, and provide real-time tracking when the serviceperson is on their way to your home. Nice. Had a water heater replaced, plus installation of a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank to alleviate overly high water pressure at the house. Being sort of old-school, I asked if the company still did the traditional soldered copper joints instead of the more prevelant ProPress type connections. I was pleased to learn Yellow Dog has plumbers skilled in doing traditional soldered or "sweated" pipe connections. Jeff and Jaisson did an awesome job. The pipework is so nice, I keep going down to my basement to admire it.
