Adam and Josh installed recessed lighting, repaired several outlets, and installed new smoke detectors, and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were incredibly neat, professional, and respectful of our home. Even though they arrived during a massive downpour, they took extra care to keep our house as clean and dry as possible, which we really appreciated. They answered every question we had, explained the work they were doing, and made sure we were completely comfortable before the job was finished. We had a major electrical issue that left us without power, and Brendan personally came out to my house at 11:00 PM on a Friday night to inspect everything and diagnose the problem. He quickly identified exactly what needed to be done and was back at my house by 8:00 AM Saturday with everything needed to complete the job. In a single day, Brendan and his team replaced my electrical panel and exterior meter board, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. What impressed me even more was the level of customer service. Knowing we’d be without power overnight, Brendan went above and beyond by lending me his own personal generator to keep our refrigerator running and save all of our food. That’s the kind of service you just don’t see anymore. Brendan and his team are honest, responsive, highly skilled, and truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers exceptional workmanship but also treats people the way Frain Electric does. I recommend Frain Electric without hesitation.
