Their service was fast, and their communication was excellent through the whole process. Additionally their lead time was very short and had a dumpster scheduled and ready quite quickly! However… I am giving them 2 stars because of what happened afterwards. After I was billed and the dumpster was checked to make sure I didn’t throw away any prohibited items, I paid my bill. Then weeks later I was billed an additional 4.52 for some unknown reason. Of course this is below 10 dollars and they said I had to pay by check / mail it in, or in person because it’s too low to process in their system… It’s 2026 are you serious?? And 4.52 was enough for them to send me multiple emails and no explanation for the additional charge. You couldn’t just let that go?? I even asked if it was fuel related but my question was never answered. The solution? Bill me 10 dollars so it’s above the limit. No credit issued. So that made them an easy 10.00. Awesome… This kind of predatory behavior is something I was not expecting and I warn you all about before scheduling with them any services they offer, in case this is a regular practice of theirs

Five star service, Crystal was incredibly kind and informative as I tried to navigate through appropriate dumpster sizes and time requirements! In today's fast paced society she definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my needs while cleaning out an estate!

Was in need of a dumpster, I looked into a few other local companies but none could beat the price of Direnzos. I was blown away that I could rent their dumpster for 4 weeks for the same price as others 7 day rentals. Called in the afternoon and within 30 minutes the dumpster was in my driveway!!! Crystal, and their driver were also super nice and very easy to do business with. Thank for making this process so far so easy!

We rented a dumpster to do some spring cleaning. The service was great! They were kind and caring. They took extra steps to ensure our yard wouldn’t be damaged by the dumpster. The pricing was great compared to other companies. I definitely recommend Direnzo disposable for all of your dumpster needs!
