  Their service was fast, and their communication was excellent through the whole process. Additionally their lead time was very short and had a dumpster scheduled and ready quite quickly! However… I am giving them 2 stars because of what happened afterwards. After I was billed and the dumpster was checked to make sure I didn’t throw away any prohibited items, I paid my bill. Then weeks later I was billed an additional 4.52 for some unknown reason. Of course this is below 10 dollars and they said I had to pay by check / mail it in, or in person because it’s too low to process in their system… It’s 2026 are you serious?? And 4.52 was enough for them to send me multiple emails and no explanation for the additional charge. You couldn’t just let that go?? I even asked if it was fuel related but my question was never answered. The solution? Bill me 10 dollars so it’s above the limit. No credit issued. So that made them an easy 10.00. Awesome… This kind of predatory behavior is something I was not expecting and I warn you all about before scheduling with them any services they offer, in case this is a regular practice of theirs
