  We are very happy with the windows installed in our mobile home. The sales person who came out to check about the installation was very friendly and knowledgeable. We where given a cost for the windows and installation. We paid for a portion up front. It did take a while before we got word that an install date was coming up. We could not be happier with the crew, the windows and the work of installing the beautiful windows. I would not hesitate to use them again.

  I would like this review to come across as genuine and honest, just like the the people we found at Hi-Tech Windows. We have needed replacement windows for years, but who can you trust, and how much do you need to spend for quality windows. We have always visit window companies in person, rather than having a sales person come to the house. I like to meet as many people as I can, see if they're organized , honest, an sincere. Review all their windows not just the ones the salesman brought. On our Hi-Tech visit we were interested in the Summit Series windows, as advertised on TV and installed on Mt. Washington in NH. We examined the windows and found they were made better in areas others were lacking. I began thinking we may have found what we're looking for. We met a couple of sales people, the owner of the company, and other helpful people. I liked them all. After a while we shook hands on the deal, I say deal because they gave us a good price. Now replacement windows aren't cheep, but after years of looking I felt I found quality at a good price.. The windows have now been installed. The installers were experienced, polite, cleaned everything up, and did an excellent job with no issues and the windows look great. I recommend Hi Tech Windows, for the quality of the Summit Series Windows , of course, but also for all the honest, sincere, hard working people I met who made this possible.

  I wouldn't let them work on my dog house They use sub contractors who I'm not sure are licenced and insured Lie to you on the phone, signed contract in October said work will start in 2 weeks and didn't called and said we were next on the list and waiting on permit Called city hall and they picked up the permit in October work didn't start till 2 days before Christmas Contract was to have ice and water shield up the sides of the dormers, was never done they didn't do the back gabel returns Jack said that isn't part of the roof, asked him then why did they do the front? (crickets) Had a roll of dumpster in my driveway was my Christmas guest to look at Scuffed up our new porch railings and clean up was terrible

  It's tough to get a 5 star review from me. I'd give 4.5 if I could. 23 years ago Hi-Tech did a significant amount of work at our house. Roof, Siding, Deck, Sliding Door. Front entry door etc. Recently we had a tree strike our roof. We called Hi-Tech. We decided to use them again. Everything went as scheduled. There were a couple of post installation punch list items that needed to be addressed and after speaking with Hi-Tech they came over and took care of those items. Thus 4.5 Stars.

  Most unorganized office. My project started in April. Window just was put July. Paid by check second installment. Asked for a receipt. The salesman said he would send the main office. Took 38 days for a copy of receipt and it wasn't correct. The salesman never answered my calls or texts. I gave the salesman information for HOA information in April and guess what was never followed thru Had a day set up for window replacement. Company calls and cancels 5 minutes before the hour window. Rescheduled with the office. Day of appointment no call no show. Called the person said they had no record of new appointment. Spoke to the owner of the company he was worried about a bad review Window put in. Asked the owner for paperwork thru postal mail. Two days later office called looking for an email address. My email is on file . Still no paperwork. Company is a joke. No customer service. I rate High Tech Window Negative numbers all the way.
