  We recently had our master bathroom completely renovated by Lester at American Bath Works, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This was a full "gut to the studs" project, and we couldn't be happier with the decision to work with him. ​Throughout the process, Lester was a true pleasure to work with. One of the things we appreciated most was his transparency regarding costs; he made sure we fully understood how our various design decisions impacted the budget following the initial quote. There were no surprises, which made a complex renovation much less stressful. ​Communication was also a major plus. Lester was incredibly prompt and thorough with his answers whenever we had questions or concerns. ​The results are truly better than we could have hoped for. My wife and I are now enjoying an incredible upgrade in our master bath. The entire staff was professional, and the fit and finish of the work is top-tier. ​If you are looking for high-quality craftsmanship and a professional, communicative partner for your next project, we highly recommend working with Lester.

  I cannot say enough about Lester and his team members! They took a terrible bathroom setting and turned it into an elegant shower and more. They were so concerned about leaving our rooms clean and about ensuring no damage to hardwood floors outside the reconstruction site! Not only that, but they arrived when they said they would and completed the work sooner than expected. And made all the arrangements with Town Hall for inspections. We found this company through the reviews. And as others have said, they create a proposal and do everything possible to stay within it, even when - as in our setting - it required more materials and/or detailed work.

  We had American Bath Works renovate two of our bathrooms and they came out amazing. Lester, Dan, and the entire team were professional and excellent to work with. I recommend American Bath Works to anyone looking to renovate or update their bathrooms.
