Lester and Alvaro are experts in this field! I really enjoyed working with them. They are very kind, communicative, and understanding of the needs. My shower needed to be demo’d and rebuilt due to a failed membrane. Lester stayed within the budget we discussed and completed the work way faster than I thought they would. They worked a lot of hours and were very diligent in their approach. They explained to me what went wrong with the original installation. Beyond that, the quality of their craftsmanship was exceptionally high. When I needed to pause the project temporarily after receiving the initial quote, they were completely patient and understanding, never pressuring me to rush. I always felt respected, informed, and valued as a client throughout the entire renovation.

We recently renovated our bath from a bathtub/shower to a walk-in shower. ABW and Lester were an invaluable partner in this process. Lester had many solid ideas and contributions to our design and was very flexible with us as we worked through the process. Always communicated well and clearly, worked the project In a timely fashion, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up and left the worksite safe every evening. ABW coordinated with the local officials well and effectively to keep the project moving along as well as with outside vendors(stone/tile etc.).Workmanship was excellent and his staff in particular were always prompt, professional and helpful. Very happy with the completed project and recommend Lester and ABW without reservations

We talked to those one day TV conversion people, and due to their pricing we almost gave up on our idea. We then talked with Lester at American Bath Works from Mendon MA. We loved the arrangement, we picked out and purchased the tile, grout, doors, etc, and they did the bathtub removal and tile install. Lester helped guide us thru the material selection process, and communication was very good. Work was excellent, and we now have a tile shower for under two thirds the cost of those one day people. So if you have a second bath you can use for the week or so it will take, this entity is the one to use. Well done Lester and American Bath Works!
