  They got what I needed fixed, and I even learned some good tips and tricks. AJ was my plumber and was an absolute pleasure. Showed up on time, was professional and respectful, and he even took the time to teach me about a little plumbing wisdom related to the job since I told him I try to fix things myself usually. I'm very grateful for that! Pricing was extremely reasonable too. I will absolutely call them again when a plumbing job is too big for DIY!

  First off the person who came was very friendly and professionally. Was done with the job but the he said the boss wanted more testing done even though he knew what was wrong. That cost me more money. Got the bill and nothing was itemized. I was a little out off buy that but let it go. Then the next day they send a different person without the part and wanted me to pay for the job like it was new. He looked at the part and went off t get it. I canceled service. The right way to do this is the person who first came should have ordered the part and whoever was going to finish should have picked up the part so u pay for the install not for someone to start the job from scratch.

  We live in a very old 2 family house and had an Inhouse sewer pipe issue. Contacted JSP Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. Jeff came to give us an estimate right away. He was prompt, professional and honest about our issues. Estimate was reasonable. Scheduled the repairs for the following week. His crew was on time , friendly and respectful of our home. They worked hard to repair the old pipes which was not an easy task.We also had them install a water purification filter to alleviate another issue we had with our poor water pressure caused by excessive calcification buildup in our fixtures. Each day they cleaned up and showed up the following day on time. We are very grateful for their expertise and professionalism. We recommend them highly!
