I called, spoke to the CSR and gave her all the necessary information in order to call me back about a ductless mini-split install but no one returned my call after 2 weeks waiting. Not a good look. I’ll find another company more eager to do business… As said in the movie Pretty Woman “Big mistake, huge.” always call a potential customer back even if your too busy to do the work any time soon. Indicate that!
