They claim i owe them $34. The secretary has now called me twice in the past year saying they picked up my father's trash and we never paid. He died 1.5 yrs ago and obviously has no trash. Furthermore, theres no way they could have even accessed the trash as house is locked up. No sorry to hear your dad passed away. Nothing. Kept insisting we called to have his trash taken last April and that they did. Impossible. No trash. Noone called. I kept telling her he passed away over a year ago. She didnt acknowledge what i was telling her. She was beyond rude demanding the $34. Who does this? Aside from her being tacky, she was just unprofessional and made things up to fit her narrative. A good business would have simply stated how sorry they were and not to worry. $34.? Really? I also should add that my father always left the trash guy tips and Christmas money. Shame on Pinas secretary. The owners should be aware shes harassing people for a nominal fee. Lastly, she said..." thats fine, ill just send it to a collection agency". Shame on her. Zero compassion. Again, impossible to pick up trash. Dad died house locked up.

Pina is a great local company. They are timely and reliable. All the employees are very professional, responsive, and friendly. I love that I can actually call them and speak to a human if needed.

If you’re looking for a trash guy in Plymouth, MA, look no further than Troy! This man doesn’t just pick up trash—he performs a full-blown trash can ballet every morning. 😂 Troy is fast, reliable, and somehow manages to make hauling everyone’s garbage look like an Olympic sport. Cans are emptied, lids are returned, and somehow he hasn’t lost his mind yet dealing with the nonsense people put out there. 10/10 would recommend Troy for all your trash-related needs. The man deserves a raise, a trophy, and probably a vacation after dealing with our garbage. 😂♻️

We love Pina Sanitation for both the everyday needs and for parties. They always go the extra mile and are on time and helpful when we have a big refuse run. We recently used them for a large family gathering that required extra handicap toilets and they did a timely job of delivering and picking up and assisted with the appropriate placement that was convenient but did not impact the vibe for our gathering. Highly recommend. We are in Osterville.
