  Very happy with Endless Energy and their installation and maintenance of our mini-split system. Their staff are so helpful and professional. CJ came today for our annual maintenance and did a great job.

  Every individual at Endless Energy is doing their best, but the company has terrible communication both internally to their own departments and externally to the customer. Their call system is an AI who cannot help you when things go wrong - it can only schedule appointments. I’ve been waiting for permits to be closed out for months, but can’t seem to ever get through to the permitting team by phone so I’m stuck texting the appointment line to beg them to help me. On the good side, all their techs in the last two years seem to be very experienced and capable, they show up on time and they will do everything they can to help, including calling and harassing the office to get you what you need.

  I first contacted Endless Energy about having mini-splits installed in our home. Our first contact was Jason, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process to us. He also helped us navigate the Mass Save rebates, which was greatly appreciated. From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable and confident about choosing Endless Energy. Robin in the office was also wonderful to work with. She made sure our appointments worked with our schedule and helped keep the installation process moving quickly and smoothly. Next, we worked with Nick, who was instrumental in keeping everything on track. We ran into an issue where our gas meter needed to be moved outside before the installation could proceed. Nick spent countless hours on the phone with me and the gas company, working tirelessly to get the meter moved. Without his persistence and perseverance, we would not have our three mini-splits installed today. Then came installation day. The electricians, Brendan, Anthony, and Devon, were wonderful. They did an incredibly clean and professional job—you would never have known they had even been here. Steve, Peter, and Jose came next to install the units. Once again, they were professional, careful, and left everything spotless. Steve also took the time to explain all the features of the units and how to get the most out of them, which we really appreciated. Finally, Mike came to install thermostats that communicate with the mini-splits and helped us set up the app on our phones. He spent hours making sure everything was working properly and that we understood how to use everything. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Endless Energy was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. It was clear that customer service was important to every person we worked with. All in all, if you're considering installing mini-splits in your home, these guys are truly the A-team! I would highly recommend Endless Energy to anyone and everyone. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

  Had an issues with one of my mini splits and they sent their great tech Arron to fix it in less than an hour. Like I said, this company is their when you need them and the employees are great.
