We sent the message below directly to Cooper Lane, waited three business days for a response but received nothing. We finally did receive a response offering to redo the service. Sent two message back indicating our availability, but no response.
While we have been very satisfied with their service in past years, we were somewhat disappointed with the maintenance appointment last week. We realize that accessing the upstairs (attic) unit is difficult, but previous technicians have nevertheless been able to fully service it, while Robert Maloney simply said he could not check the coils due to the way the unit was installed. Further, we asked that he check a filter above the stairs landing as it appears that a previous technician “jury rigged” the incorrect size to install it, and he said he did not have a tall enough ladder. The bottom line is that for $508 we would expect more thorough service.

Dear Mr. Audett,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for your continued loyalty over the years. Hearing that you've been very satisfied with our service in the past makes it especially important to us that we address your recent experience.
We're sorry to learn that your maintenance appointment did not meet your expectations. While certain installations can present access challenges, our goal is always to provide the most complete maintenance possible. If additional equipment, such as a taller ladder, or a follow-up visit is necessary to properly inspect or service a system, we want to ensure those arrangements are made rather than leaving you feeling that the work was incomplete.
We also appreciate your concerns regarding the attic unit and the filter above the stair landing. Our Field Supervisor attempted to reach out to you to inquire about the opportunity to review these items and determine the best course of action to ensure your system is operating properly and that any installation concerns are addressed. The call wasn't accepted or returned.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we take it seriously. Customer satisfaction has always been one of our highest priorities, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling.
Please expect a member of our management team to contact you shortly so we can discuss your concerns and arrange a follow-up visit if needed.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
Sincerely,
David Cooper

While my wife and I were living in Italy for 6 months last year, we had a problem with our heat pump system in Mattapoisett. It had been installed by another local company, which had become problematic. I had heard good things about Cooper Lane and made a call from Italy. The response, customer support and the service were extremely professional. The problem was corrected..
We then notified the other company of our decision to do future business with Cooper Lane.
We sent the message below directly to Cooper Lane, waited three business days for a response but received nothing.
