  Quarry Hills provided great service again today. They were easy to schedule with, prompt, and professional. They have definitely become our go-to for both general maintenance & the dreaded emergency call.

  Originally, I was just planning on having the furnace cleaned and inspected. When Andrew showed me the pictures on his tablet of the condition inside and the fact that this furnace is about 20-25 years old, his recommendation was, as I expected to replace it. He gave me a few options of makes and eventually we chose one. The team that showed up were exceptional. They covered the floors and were very neat snd courteous. After the installation, they tested the duct output in a couple of colder rooms. I was very satisfied with the work. Goo Job!

  I'm very pleased with the level of service, however I would like it documented that there is a part that was left sitting on the service disconnect backbox that I reported via telephone and was told it wasn't anything to do with the oil burner. It wasn't there before the technician did his work and it looks like some type of clip that would hold something in place. I just want this documented in case it has something to do with my oil burner and there is a problem in the future when the heating season starts.

  This was my first experience with Quarry Hills and I was so impressed with technician Andrew Foley. He greeted me this morning at 8:30 AM with a big smile and handshake! We recently purchased a home in Mansfield MA, that has 2 heating and HVAC units and I was unfamiliar with them. Andrew gave me a lesson on both units, explaining the intricacies of each unit as he went through the inspection process. He was neat, clean & thorough and was the perfect person to send to a new customer. I got on their maintenance plan and will have them as my Heating & HVAC service company. Thank you Quarry Hills!!   Had issues with burner for a few years and after having two other hvac compaies not solve the issue I tried quarry hills hvac and thank heaven I did. Dan came and had the answer, ordered the part and fixed the problem. He was thorough and showed us pictures and explained everything during the process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt service of quarry hills. Thank you so much to Dan! Quarry hills is now our go to hvac service!
