  So easy, so fast, and so thoughtful. I needed brawn (someone to install window unit ACs cause I am a delicate slip of a thing)and they got in and got out.

  Tommy did an excellent job replacing my door. The door had to be custom ordered. He took old door. He is very nice and answered all questions. Should I have any issues in the future I want Tommy to fix.

  I was initially a bit hesitant to use a hanyman associated with a larger name company as I was afraid they would just subcontract out to anyone, which was my previous experience with a Boston handyman service. Talking to Eric helped ease those fears, and working with both he and Tom could not have been a better experience. They installed a Murphy door for me which Tom then added custom-cut trim to. My job was never subcontracted out and I was able to have just one person come out for the work. Tom is an incredibly skilled craftsman who has the highest attention to detail. He obviously takes pride in his work, takes the time to do things correctly, and works cloesly with the client to ensure they are happy with the work. He checked in every step of the way and does phenomenal work. I misunderstood a job option he and Eric described (100% my fault because I had one picture in my head I couldn't get past). Eric was beyond understanding and patient, and he and Tom worked with me to find a time that worked and to finish the job as I had pictured. I could not he happier with the experience I had with them and will absolutely be using Tom and Eric again for any other future jobs.
