  Excellent work on boiler replacement. Very clean, well organized replacement of the 40 year old original furnace. From accepting the proposal to execution it took only 2 weeks to have this scheduled replacement completed.very happy with the new system.

  A total scammer. Don’t touch this biz with a 10’ pole. Called for a water heater install estimate. The tech answered the phone at the end of day gave a price. The next day the owner increased the price sensing I would like the same day service (his tech only had a 3-hour job that day). When a tech was ready to come, he called to increase the price for a third time. After he was done, he skipped some agreed upon tasks & make up other excuses to increase the price for a fourth time! Predators. Stay away!

  David and his team at Michale Russo Plumbing helped me and my neighbor deal with a plumbing emergency that required the immediate replacement of 2 hot water heaters that were installed in a very difficult location. Everyone that came to help including Anthony, Moises, and Ricky were kind, patient and knowledgeable. At the onset, David came personally to talk through all options of the project including tankless, the standard glass lined steel, and finally stainless steel tanks (our choice). I also received estimates from Waldman and Spencer, and while they seemed capable, Russo Plumbing had significantly better pricing and was able to source the stainless steel tanks quicker. After the tanks were installed, I received a call from David to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. That was a really nice touch that showed they care about customer outcomes and confirmed I made the right decision. I would use Russo again without hesitation!

  I live in a 100 year old "triple decker" in eastern MA. This is three flat apartments stacked, each 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. There is a 100 year old drain pipe on the kitchen side that connects the kitchen sinks on all three floors and takes a horizontal turn in the cellar toward a middle main drain that goes to the street. This pipe failed (after 100 years, mind you) right between the first floor and the cellar. D. Russo came and looked at the failure at 4PM after we called him at about 4 PM the previous day. He said he would have someone there to fix it the next morning (that is, today as I write this). Roger from Russo Plumbing was there on time, was very courteous and did a superb job pulling out the ancient pipes between the floor and the cellar. All told he probably took four hours to fix the pipes, including leaving and returning with the appropriate replacement parts. The photo shows the ancient pipes extracted and replaced. The cost of the repair was WAY below our expectations, considering how much work had to be done underneath a sink and up in the beams of the cellar ceiling. M. Russo Plumbing & Heating is highly recommended.

  Something to ponder on: Called these folks twice to replace a thermocuople and their response was "right now we cannot handle any new accounts". But if I needed 10 boilers they'd be all over it. Shame you M. Russo for not serving your community. But I am sure the love cheap labor immigrats have to offer. Business owners, contractors and residents stay away from this one. Hypocrites !
