  Both technicians were polite and explained everything they were going to do to level the generator that had tilted because the base was on a slope. They also explained that they would do a testing at the conclusion of the job to be sure we had a well working machine. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with the new generator pad.

  Cason Power Solutions has been my regular service company for a few years, and I have been satisfied up until recently. During their last routine maintenance, they identified an issue with the location of my generator and stated it needed to be moved. Technician quoted me “$800-1,000” to relocate. I contacted Cason end of August to try to schedule the work. After multiple calls to maintenance (and leaving voicemails) to which I never received a callback, I received an e-mail estimate for $2100 to do the work. No one ever called me back or came out to determine the necessary work. They recommended that I replace my generator due to age. For 2 weeks I called trying to get someone from Sales office to tell me how much it would cost. Someone finally came out mid-September, looked at setup and said they would get back to me with a quote. I waited 2 weeks—crickets. I finally just decided to proceed with the relocation as I wanted to ensure work was done before this winter. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the work on 2 October, gave me a time, and I ensured that I would be home for the work. On the scheduled day, a tech showed up, looked at the work, and told me “this is more work than we thought.” He Indicated that if a “box truck were available” that they would be there that day. At the very least, someone would call me about options. Again, no call, but at the end of the day I again received a new estimate for a new generator install, without any reference to the original work or what happened. I am researching other generator maintenance companies as I write this, as I don’t feel I’m going to get any type of communication or follow-up.

  GREAT JOB!!I can’t say enough about this company, fabulous service and response to us. We had a generator catch fire and once generac confirmed the replacement (long process) Cason’s got it replaced so fast! Thank you! Again, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE!!

  My 14 year old Generac stand-by natural gas generator needed a new engine and I wasn't going to try and replace it on a generator that old. When I had that one installed 14 years ago by a DIFFERENT company, the whole installation was a nightmare from start to finish (faulty generator (knowingly?) installed (we found there was a note on it that it had an oil issue before they put it in), and the plumber they subcontracted left after doing the gas line, and that night I had a gas leak. I disliked that company enough that I sought out someone else to do the maintenance and that is how I found Cason. They serviced the old generator for many years, and when it came time to replace it, I decided to have Cason do the job. I was also switching to a whole house 14kw model, as my smaller one was not even made anymore. Most of the old install was not up to current code (maybe it was 14 years ago, but I don't know with my bad experience I wonder), so there was a lot of work that needed to be done with running a gas line and new electrical lines and generator panel. It was done so well, I initially couldn't see the new pipes in my basement ceiling and had to actually look for it since it was so neat. When I say that Cason did EVERYTHING, I mean they did EVERYTHING (coordinated plumber, electrician, town permits, town inspections, filling in the hole and seeding with grass seed, setting up the warranty registration). I didn't have to worry about doing anything other than saying "Good Morning" when they got here and "Have a nice day" when they left. It was the least stressful home project I have ever done and I was very happy with the whole installation!
