  County Pump is very unreliable! I will not use them. They were to be at my house last week and never showed up. If I didn't call them I would not have known. I did reschedule with them for yesterday but again they did not show. I called to see where they are. I do understand about others not having water and it is an emergency to get them fixed but a courtesy call would have been appreciated to let me know you would not be here. They rescheduled for tomorrow but later last evening they called and cancelled the appointment. Go somewhere else to get your water fixed!

  We had our well pump and tank replaced today by County Pump and Supply. Both Willie and Christian were fantastic, from my initial call the day before to having all my water equipment replaced the following day is an example of their great service…. Totally satisfied with how they handled us as customers, A+++ Everyone was professional and informative to the process. Highly recommend them should you need similar service.

  County Pump did an excellent job of diagnosing the pump failure of the well. 2 of their employees came out the next day and replaced all the needed parts including some customization needed for the specific setup. All work done expertly and very neatly.

  Do not work with this company. When you need your system repaired, you expect it to happen within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. Especially when you're bottle feeding an infant. But in my experience as a customer of county pump, I paid $1-2k and it still took them >6 months to fix my system. They literally left the system inoperable for over a month ... while we were bottle feeding. The employees were all nice at least. I normally wouldn't care enough to leave a negative review, but when I shared my experience with the owner, he turned the blame on me. Unacceptable service paired with an unacceptable response. Avoid this company at all costs if you're in the area.
