  The team at County Pump was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Our water stopped running so we called County Pump in the morning, they were at our house shortly after, and had our water flowing shortly after. The work is top-notch, they took the time to explain our options, and the pricing was more than fair. I can’t say enough about the County Pump team and would recommend them to anyone.

  We cannot say enough good things about this company! We woke up to no water. After calling, they had a technician at our home within just two hours. From the moment they arrived, the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, kept us informed every step of the way, and clearly outlined the repairs that were needed along with the associated costs before any work was done. The entire process was smooth and transparent, and their customer service was outstanding. I also appreciated how easy it was to schedule the service call through their online booking system. If you're looking for a reliable well and pump company that responds quickly, communicates honestly, and provides excellent service, I highly recommend them.
