  Awesome team! Woke up on Tuesday with no water & the breaker tripped. Willie was at our property within 1 hour! He instantly knew we needed a new tank & pump and presented us all the options & pricing. Very organized & on the ball. (Also gave my veteran dad a discount, so thank you!) The team was here by 2PM to install and was done 5. So happy with their service & communication!

  Great experience with County Pump. Our pump broke down unexpectedly and we had no water. County Pump responded immediately and came the very next day and installed a new pump and a water tank. Very efficient work !!! I would definitely recommend them

  Life turns upside down when you don't have water in your house. No washing of cloths and dishes, No showers, No bathrooms, and it is a terrible feeling. When you are in such a situation, please call County Pump & Supply, they'll take care of your well-water needs. Over the years we've dealt with County Pump four or five times, and they didn't let us down. They took care of our needs on a timely manner. Mr. Willy, the Operations Manager and his team of technicians and the customer service ladies are always on alert and returned calls on time and kept the scheduled installation or repair. Their prices are very reasonable. On top of it, they helped us finance the balance in a matter of minutes, right on the spot. They were a great bunch of people to deal with. I highly recommend County Pump and Supply for your well-water needs!

  I used County Pump to perform a well inspection and water quality test in preparation for purchase of a home. Mike and Willie were assigned to the job - while both were pleasant to work with and had good intentions, it was clear they were not qualified to do a well inspection. Mike let me know upfront that he is a plumber by trade and has only been learning about wells since he joined County Pump a few months ago. Willie was coaching Mike over the phone and upon learning that the quantity and recovery test were not performed correctly, offered to make it right, but it was clear Willie had not done this type of inspection before either. They are issuing a refund for the work, but overall I’m very disappointed in County Pump for agreeing to do a job that their employees are not qualified to perform.
