  Peter did fantastic job on the maintenance of our oil burner. Very professional, cleaned up everything and tested his work diligently. As for the folks who answer the phone, taking down the address correctly or noting down that it's an oil burner and not a gas furnace is just too difficult. Peter had to call someone to get parts delivered while he was cleaning the burner. Peter gets a 5 star.. the people in the office get 0.

  LeProvost responded quickly to my request for an urgent service call. The technician, Peter Torres, was great: professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently answered my (many!) questions, efficiently diagnosed the problem, replaced a failed valve, and tested the system to ensure that it had been fixed.

  I’ve used this company every year since 2019 and was always happy with the service and reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, my recent experience has changed that. The cost to winterize my property went from $280 to $380, then jumped to $520 for the latest service—without my prior approval and with no additional time or complications to explain the increase. Since the ownership change, prices have increased dramatically. I understand that business costs rise, but an increase this substantial, without clear communication or approval, is unacceptable. As a longtime customer, this experience left me feeling that profits now take priority over customer relationships. They’ve lost my business, and I recommend looking for a local company that values its customers and communicates honestly about pricing.

  The service man came first thing and possibly a touch early, as I didn’t get a confirmation call on the time window but was very happy to see him at 7:56am. He was very thorough, informative and polite. I had a water shutoff valve installed which required an app set up and he was patient and helped with that as well. The initial communication was challenging as I made an appointment then got a call back saying an estimate appointment was needed first. That was quickly resolved but the original service appointment was canceled unknown to me so I had to reschedule. The final outcome was a great experience.

  I gave them 2 stars not because of service, I never had one. But because of interaction trying to get some service. This place is weird. I wanted to sign them up for an annual maintenance contract for heating and AC. When you call recording gives you 2 choices: service or contracts. Was told they have some sort of annual program. Called contracts. Noone picks up. Left a message. Had done it 3 times over 3 days. DEAD. Finally, called service to inquire. The woman says it costs $129 for showing up and $225/hr after that . So it looks like almost $600 for a boiler maintenance. This is probably at least twice as much as what it should cost. Then she says one can only sign up for an annual contract after this maintenance is done. I was confused. If I already had done maintenance, why would i have a second maintenance on the contract. She said, it's a good question and she is not trained how to answer it. They are as bad as Laureyns United, maybe worse.
