  We called Rooterman for what has been a routine drain clearing in the past. This time it was more than routine and took extra time and effort for our man Mark Murphy. Marc kept after the problem, was resilient, professional, and got a hard job done! We have had Rooterman and Mark in the past And will never hesitate reaching out to them again in the future. We are hoping they will never be a need to reach out, but if so… As usual… This was excellent service. I highly recommend to others without reservation.

  Rooter-Man (Matt) arrived on time. He quickly found a piece of plastic stuck in the toilet. He removed it quickly. He charged about 1/2 as much as normal. I am very happy with the service that Rooter-Man provides. Thanks

  This was my second time calling RooterMan and it was once again a great experience. Jason was so helpful and explained exactly what my drain issue was and why it had occurred. He fixed my issue quickly and effectively. I will always call RooterMan for my drain issues. They always arrive quickly and are always prepared.

  I recently had a severely clogged bathtub that was far beyond the help of Drano, requiring professional plumbing and draining intervention. After searching Google, I found this company, and I am so incredibly glad I did. From the very first phone call, the customer service was excellent. The representative I spoke with clearly explained the pricing structure and provided a realistic arrival window right away. By the next day, the communication got even better: I received a text confirmation with their exact arrival time, along with a photo of the technician who would be performing the repair. As someone who values safety and professionalism, this was a fantastic touch. The service itself was exceptional. Two technicians arrived one named Morlyn, and another gentleman whose name slips my mind but who was equally wonderful. Both men were extremely respectful, highly skilled, and professional throughout the entire visit. Not only did they efficiently unclog my tub but they also took the time to offer great preventative advice. To top it all off, they completely cleaned up their workspace and deodorized my bathroom before leaving, which was entirely above and beyond. Overall, this was an outstanding, stress-free experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough, and they will absolutely be my first and only call for any future plumbing or draining needs!
