Was having some septic issues on a Sunday night. Left a message and Lacie called back right away. She was extremely helpful, and had someone out to help me first thing Monday morning. Jason was my tech and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. 10/10

Excellent job!! Although, I wasn’t home at the time of the arrival. I was able to speak with the technician over the phone, and he explained everything that has happened. Mark is a 5 star tech. I will recommend and will be calling them back for follow up services.

Rooter Man is a business I wish did *every* service. I've never been so instantly impressed by a business. Not only did Rooter Man solve my problem quickly and completely (we'll get to that); I've never had a service that was so thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and happy to listen to their customers. On some Monday morning, my shower drain ended up getting clogged to the point that it was completely stopped. Within 5 hours, my shower drain was running better than it has in years. Here are the highlights that make Rooter Man stand out: - From the first phone call, I felt like I was talking to someone who wanted to help (and not interrogate me about the conditions of my house). I never have had to call for this type of issue, and I felt immediately like I was in the hands of professionals. - The team instantly booked a service call for me. I was fortunate that they had availability the same day, but they had it in the system instantly. ⭐ - About 10 minutes before my service, I got a text with the arrival time of my tech person, his name (Shawn Toomey), and his picture. I never realized it before, but just having this SMALL interaction made me feel like I was familiar with the team before they arrived at my house. - Shawn identified the problem almost instantly and cleaned the drain clog in under 30 minutes. - On top of the faster, complete service, he even took a moment to review a slow kitchen sink drain. It wasn't on our original service call, but he took a quick look, explained why it might be slow, and even shared a recommendation for the best and safest drain cleaner for the kitchen sink (and why it's different than a bathroom drain). -- He could have added a job or told us that we needed to pay extra for the time, but he did not. I don't know the next time we'll need work done for work that Rooter Man covers, but they'll certainly be the first service we check with.
