  Very disappointed with sales team. I returned to Ideal because Sabrina did a great job five years ago when I redid flooring in my kitchen and bathrooms. This time around I was quoted a price on outdoor chairs and purchased a table based on the quote, and then the salesperson doubled the price on the chairs with a "sorry for the confusion." I was not confused, but apparently she was. Nor was there any attempt to make things right.

  Excellent and courteous service by very knowledgeable staff. Thanks. Recently had the pleasure of working with this great company once again. I had some issues with some flooring and they handled my concerns with amazing customer concern and resolved all issues expeditiously and completely!! Jackie and the team are absolutely amazing and I’m very grateful I chose them for my floors!!!

  We were very pleased with our experience at Ideal Floors and Design. They had an enormous number of tiles to choose from for our kitchen backsplash. We ended up picking a tile that was imported from Japan. EVERYONE comments about just how much they love our backsplash! The people at Ideal were just fabulous to work with. I really can’t recommend them enough.
