Very disappointed with sales team. I returned to Ideal because Sabrina did a great job five years ago when I redid flooring in my kitchen and bathrooms. This time around I was quoted a price on outdoor chairs and purchased a table based on the quote, and then the salesperson doubled the price on the chairs with a "sorry for the confusion." I was not confused, but apparently she was. Nor was there any attempt to make things right.

We had our living room rug replaced with a hardwood floor. Everything was great. They helped us pick out the most appropriate wood, gave us pros and cons to our choice. The installation went very smoothly and the floor is gorgeous.

Ideal Floor and Design was a great recommendation for our dressing room closets. They have a good range of product and can match your initial vision or help you decide on a different direction. What really set Ideal apart was our designer Ana who was awesome! She was incredibly customer focused, very hands on, super responsive and did a terrific job from beginning to end. We couldn't have asked for better support and guidance and just loved working with her.

Diana worked with us on a countertop job and went above and beyond to find an additional contractor to fix some problems with the cabinets prior to install. great end result.

The entire experience with Diana was so positive. Very professional from shopping for the right tile and grout, to installation. There were no surprises. I highly recommend Ideal flooring for you next flooring project. Eileen Falmouth, MA
