  We would highly recommend Bottis Plumbing! We recently had both Ryan then Jim out to assess a potential plumbing/water issue at our home. They were exceptionally thorough and detailed oriented , and listened to our concerns.. They were able to identify the probable location. Their customer service is excellent and they really care about their clients. They also serviced my parents recently ( installed a back-flow meter on an irrigation system as well as installation of a sewer subtraction meter.) The Bottis team that came was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My parents were very pleased with the work. We would not hesitate to recommend Bottis Plumbing!

  Replaced handle on toilet and faucet . Service was prompt, there work was successful and The workers were very friendly. I would hire them again without question.

  The entire experience was quite the opposite of what we anticipated. We hired Bottis to install a heat pump and mini splits because they seemed like a nice family run company that promised excellent service and a quick install. There seemed to be problem after problem. At first, it seemed great. Install of everything took two days. Then the unit in our room starting leaking on us at 5am. Turns out they used a cracked hose when they connected it. Then there were error codes that took days to diagnose. Turns out the system wasn't hooked up properly. Which meant people in and out of the house, in and out of the attic constantly. This disrupted our daily life tremendously for nearly a week. My newborn baby couldn't be in the house because of the insulation from the attic. I couldn't breastfeed because I had no privacy in the rooms to do so, and insulation was everywhere. I had to do several loads of laundry for days in a row to wash all the bedding and everything that was covered in insulation. Same with sweeping and mopping the floors. My downstairs office has sawdust all over it, and sawdust in the bags and boxes I have down there from one of the beams being cut in to. No one even bothered to cover anything up or attempt to clean up the sawdust. My pinned butterflies were knocked over and some of their wings were broken. Then I noticed a huge line of discoloration going down the wall from the downstairs unit leaking. Turns out it was because it wasn't capped properly. We were told they would paint the wall, which I disagreed with. It is a plaster wall, which can retain water and grow mold, especially if it is still showing discoloration. I asked that the wall section be replaced. They couldn't find anyone to do the job being it was so small and asked if we could find someone and they would pay for it. We did find someone, and they were rather rude about the price. They handed me the money for the repair and said "do whatever you want with it I guess ". Very disappointed with the quality of service we received. And our units are still showing error codes.

  Highly recommend Bottis Plumbing and Heating! They are a great company to work with, and it’s always nice to have a reliable, trustworthy business you can count on. Professional service and a great reputation go a long way. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services!

  Although I haven’t personally used Boris Heating & Plumbing’s services yet, I have to say how impressed I am with their involvement in the community! Their social media presence goes beyond simply promoting their business. They genuinely seem to care about bringing people together, supporting other local businesses, and giving back to the community. Whether it’s highlighting local businesses or generously giving away WooSox tickets, they are finding fun and meaningful ways to make a difference. It’s refreshing to see a local business putting so much effort into supporting the community around them. Keep up the great work! 👏❤️
