We had a very positive experience working with Mod-Tech Homes, especially Nick Romano. Nick was knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward through the whole process. This is honestly the most cost effective way to build a home. I was absolutely shocked by what modular homes can do, and it completely changed my mind about the whole situation. There’s alot to think about when building, but Nick made the process much easier and was always there when we needed him. Would definitely recommend Mod-Tech Homes.

What is modular?
