We had a very positive experience working with Mod-Tech Homes, especially Nick Romano. Nick was knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward through the whole process. This is honestly the most cost effective way to build a home. I was absolutely shocked by what modular homes can do, and it completely changed my mind about the whole situation. What is modular?
