  Our service rep Rainey was very professional knowledgeable and described the work and process of how GEM works in an easy to understand way. This was our first time using gem and we had a great experience

  The tech Franny was awesome. So were the contact people on the phone. Franny cleared the drain lines from our cottage to septic. He also scoped it so we know what issues are needed to address in future. Only downside was the cost. They use a predetermined pricing for job type. Franny was here for 2 hours (though he drove 3 to get to us). The charge was over 1K per hour. Still, they showed up on time, booked it for day after the clog started, and now all is working well. I’d highly recommend them, especially Franny.

  I mentioned before tech came …what I need to get it done. When he arrived He didn’t know what kind of work is required . After looking at the job he gave me some unimaginable price $3000 for the job it should not be more than $1000. Anyway I paid for his visit.
