  We had a new furnace and water heater installed. The team came when promised and even early, were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up perfectly. GEM’s price was very competitive and the interval to do the work was 4 days as opposed to a month with other vendors. We were very pleased!

  I had a great experience with my recent HVAC appointment. David the technician was punctual, polite, and very thorough while performing the annual maintenance of both our heating and cooling systems. He explained what was doing, reviewed the results of the tests that were done and provided estimates for potential future component replacement. Jim P
