  Very prompt in responding to the issue we were having with our generator. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and corrected the wifi connection. I would highly recommend this company.

  Harwich Port Heating and Cooling has been a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We opened our home in Chatham for the season this week. Harwich Port had a customer service at our house in less than an hour to diagnose why we had no hot water.

  Just a routine maintenance for our whole house generator. All was good. I will know more when I get the bill. The service technician was here for a little over an hour !!

  Harwich Port installed our systems for our new build. Then over the past 10 years, I have used their service contracts to maintain everything needed for heating and cooling. They have been great. On time and very professional.

  Austin and Austin arrived on time and went right to work after explaining the process. Upon completion they reviewed what they had done to my system with me and answered the questions that I had. Once again great service from Hawich Port Heating and Cooling
