  Guys were great…install of the new boiler was smooth and looks fantastic…very professional and left our place very clean!..looking forward to the heat pump installation!…Thanks all great job!

  Harwich Port Heating and Cooling did an A+ installation of our whole-house mini split system from start to finish. Our point person, Ryan, gave us confidence right away, clearly explained the process, suggested the best locations, was responsive to every question every step of the way. The installation team led by Bill and Bill was phenomenal, so hard-working, so knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, all round great guys; the electricians were great. Everything was done in a professional, timely manner. The result - amazing air-conditioned comfort! Thank you to the team. We could not recommend more highly.

  We chose Harwich Port Heating and Cooling for our heat pump installation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were exceptional from the initial consultation through the final installation. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer our questions, clearly explain our options, and make sure the system was designed properly for our home. The installation itself was efficient, clean, and extremely well done. We highly recommend Harwich Port Heating and Cooling to anyone considering a heat pump installation on Cape Cod.

  the tech left out side circuit breaker off after routine service of AC and I had to pay someone to tell my why my AC stopped working after the service call. harwichport was not interested in compensating me for unnecessary cost caused by their service call did not call back after may attempt to reach by phone and email

  How does one get service at this place? Calls are not returned! No one responds to texts! My biggest mistake was to attempt to do business with this place! I spent nearly $8,000 for new air conditioning. It does not work and yet no one comes to solve the problem!!!
