The drop of was fine but they never picked the dumpster up couldn’t get ahold of them to pick it up either 3 days after it should have been picked up and way to many calls later finally Kim answered and was guaranteed pick up that day it was just an oversight no apology nothing and guess what still didn’t get picked up u til 4 days after it should have been picked up!

The dumpster was NOT picked up on the day it was supposed to be picked up (made sure there was access)-no phone call or outreach. The truck shows up for pick up the next day unannounced and I was unable to provide access. The driver “huffs” back to the truck and says “I’m just the driver and I don’t much care” and he drives off. Very disappointed.
