I specifically asked twice if the quotes I received included the removal and disposal of the old countertop and backsplash. I told them I needed to know so I can compare quotes. I was told yes, that removal and disposal of existing countertops and backsplash were included! After I told them I chose to go with them they delayed the job several weeks. Once the installer was ready to work I was given a surprise extra cost for removal and disposal. This was appalling and destroyed my trust. Additionally, I did not trust that the tile work would be done properly after he seemed to not want to do the labor for it and I learned he would apply the grout immediately after the tiles were installed on the cement. All types of tile cement need at least 24 hours drying time before applying grout! I had to go elsewhere because of how the quotes were handled and could not trust this company.

Tiles by Perfection have assisted our.family in several renovation(s) through the years. Recently they provided counters and tile work in our Cape house. During construction our carpenter made a change in conditions that could have been a serious misjudgment. In spite of this, Tiles by Perfection, was nimble and willing to resolve the problem ares at no additional cost. Their mechanic Issy is a magician.. thank you TbP
