  Has my fan go on my condenser which was under warranty. Worked with John and the Team to get the part ordered in 24 hrs. Installed next day. Onsite Team was great, knowledgeable and quick. Things happen but good to know Burke & Sons is there when I need them.

  Cory did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. He was knowledgeable, professional and left the work area in immaculate condition. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I feel very fortunate I found a company that provides outstanding service.

  Fantastic experience with Matthew and Caleb. They were right on time, did a great job explaining everything to me, and were very kind. My appointment was just for a boiler annual inspection but I will definitely be calling them for other plumbing needs. Their price was right on point of what some plumber friends told us to expect and it was great that Matthew told us the efficiency of our boiler and all those details. Highly recommend!

  It was a great experience from scheduling to job completion. They were able to get the parts the same day of service. We were up and running that day. The service rep. Is great. Detailed oriented and easy to communicate with. I truly value his help and his job ethics. This was my second service call with Burke & Son's very happy with this company overall, thank you.

  Cory and Jim were great. We had an issue with our shower valve and they were able to diagnose it right away and fix it with ease. They went above and beyond to fix the problem while also giving us advice about how to limit future issues. During our discussion, I asked about a couple of other issues that we were experiencing and they walk us through all of them and provided solutions for all of them. They were extremely helpful and did a great job with not only the original repair that they came out for, but the few other issues that we discussed during their visit. We'd definitely recommend them (and Burke & Sons) to anyone that needs plumbing work. I'm sure that we'll have them back again.
