  Called in the morning was told they had somebody available 2:00 p.m. Nico called at 1:15 p.m. said he was available if I was home. He arrived shortly after diagnosed what was needed ,went to get the parts returned at 2:15 and was completed with both projects by 4:00 p.m. Extremely polite & pleasant young man.

  Burke and sons came to do my annual furnace cleaning. They did a great job, were on time and were very neat. My only frustration, not a complaint, is that it cost over $325 when last year with another plumber it was $225.

  Our bathroom remodel with Burke and Sons was a great success and great experience. Communication was excellent, Jim and Adam were courteous and professional throughout the project. Timing, product, budget and completion of our bathroom was perfect. We love our new and improved bathroom, stand up job!

  Guess they did fixed the problem. But as a landlord, and they knew I was… they took full advantage. Came in to diagnose and quote a problem with a bathtub faucet not delivering cold water. When they took it apart they called me and said they can’t put it back together and will need ~$1400 to replace the entire valve. And need an answer asap or they are leaving. And btw since they can’t put it back together the water is out for both tenants. Essentially held me hostage. Won’t be doing business again with them. I recommend you don’t either.

  I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. They are always responsive when I need them, whether it's for routine service or an unexpected emergency.
