  If you’re looking for clear communication and prompt delivery of your product shop somewhere else. When we first walked in the door to make our purchases and to do some shopping, we let our sales person know that we were looking to get things done as quickly as possible when we decided on a color of rug and communicated that back to them. It took them a week for them to tell us that the rug was not In stock with the manufacturer or their supply house. Leaving us to choose a new color or come back in and shop again when we explicitly told our sales person, we were looking to get this done quickly three weeks go by before our appointment date came in and they forgot about us and then sent someone over in a rush to do it quickly and the work shows that they did it quickly very disappointed in the experience. The sales person failed to correctly take my email, so all of the receipts went to someone else I don’t know who, and they claim to have left voicemails for the second part of the fee to be charged which neither my wife or myself received when we arrived that first day, the saleswoman let us know that she was only there six months and that shows, more training is necessary. We were looking for an A+ experience thought paying top dollar would illicit that, clearly not the case. No one called to see how the install went. Poor performance all around. Since they didn’t bother to ask, there is a large crease running down the center of our daughters brand new carpet.

  The Flooring America installation crew did a great job on the carpeting for our 4 bedrooms. They worked non-stop and were very professional and efficient. Our interaction with the store staff was great as well, as our install was delayed two days by the February blizzard. Highly recommend.
