  Had a great experience with the staff and they helped me select a very pretty carpet for my bedroom. It was ordered and installed within the time frame requested. I would not hesitate to go back.

  Had them install both carpet and hardwood in my house. It was easy to speak to the sales and customer support folks at the Franklin store, and the onsite crews did a great job on the installations. Thank you for my new floors!

  Amazing service and work. They provided exactly what the quoted and showed up on time and finished on time. If I ever needed floor work done again I will for sure come back.

  We just moved to the area, and one of our new neighbors recommended Flooring America for a much needed refresh. We had a great experience from start to finish. The selection was excellent, pricing was fair, and everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Lisa, who even as the most recent addition to the store, was friendly welcoming and not at all pushy!.
