  If you ever find yourself dealing with the unfortunate surprise of water where it definitely shouldn’t be, ask for Sam. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. He explained the process clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Communication was excellent, timelines were clear, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right—not just getting it done. Project managers deserve way more credit than they get, and Sam proved exactly why. Hopefully I never need flood restoration again… but if I do, I’m only calling Sam. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely don’t look in any other direction other than Flood fire Pro. I had an emergency water situation, stem for my leaky washing machine. Panic of course set in and I called and Sean answered my call right awayanswered my call right away. Within an hour, I had two guys sucking the water out of my basement and left the place as good as New. Google was my friend! Pricing was beyond fair, especially knowing that we were in a crisis situation! I would give this company 10 stars if there was an option to do so.
