- CSColleen SmithMay 1, 20265.0Dennis and his crew are incredible. I have to have been one of the most annoying customers they’ve had and they handled everything so professionally and timely. We had a very bizarre land dispute situation with our neighbor. Dennis explained in detail how different lines are found and measured and he put in property markers. He looked through the 25+ pages of documents I had found on our land and answered my million and one questions. He advocated for us and gave us several proposed lines to placate to the crazy neighbor. In the nicest way, I hope I don’t need his services again (because I never want to deal with property lines again) but would be happy to use him in the future at a different property. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area! I truly appreciate all of your help!

Not necessarily. For surveys completed within approximately two years, we can provide an update service rather than conducting a complete new survey. This update option is available at a significantly reduced cost compared to commissioning a full land survey.
