Quintin was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of what needed to be done. It was a tough job but they did not leave until they assured everything was working and cleaned up after themselves. Will recommend to everyone I know who needs plumbing help!

Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind and calming after one of my pipes burst the night before. She sent Quintin, who was polite, professional, and walked me through the repair process. He provided a quote before beginning the work, and once the repair was complete, he explained everything again. The final bill was even lower than the original quote, which was amazing, and it included a clear itemization of all parts and labor. Quintin also cleaned up afterward. Thank you, Shahood Plumbing, for helping restore water to my family and me!

All work was start-finish done exactly how they said it would be. Communication was great, mounting locations looked like art work, and when finished, left cleaner than when they started. Would highly recommend to anybody who needs their services. They would be by far my number one of the 20-30 dif plumber/hvac techs I have used over the years. Keep up the great work guys!
