  Terrific communication and detailed description of what was needed, and also any optional items. Itemized quote so I could choose to meet my budget and needs. Friendly, professional, and the work was great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! There are so many dishonest companies out there so it was a welcomed difference to work with Chim-Chimney with their honesty and integrity. Thank you! I had a chimney cap installed and some minor repointing and exterior waterproofing as an option.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. We scheduled an inspection and received three separate text and email confirmations beforehand. Despite all the communication, the technician never showed up on the day of the appointment. When I called to find out what happened, I was given a casual 'sorry, the technician couldn't make it.' This level of service is incredibly disappointing and highly unprofessional. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
