The most recent visit was for an anual boiler Inspection and a toilet repair that I added on at the last minute. They were able to do both items no problem.

I had an excellent experience with Cleghorn Plumbing. The technicians were friendly and polite. They came right on time and left everything clean and neat. Everything worked fine when work was done .

Valerie was great. Pleasant to speak with over the phone. Eric the tech was also great. Fixed my wobbly toilet quickly. Whoever is responsible for quotes- that's another story. I thought I was waiting for the quote to replace my heating/hot water system but when I spoke with him on the phone a few weeks after his visit, he literally said he did nothing with it. In our phone discussion it was becoming more and more apparent he wanted nothing to do with the project but wouldn't out right say that. Wouldn't supply a written quote for any option he had suggested. I'm shocked that a company would turn away a ~$10k+ project. Mind you it's not complicated. Remove the old system and then install the new one. Would not recommend this company for anything more complicated than a wobbly toilet.

These guys are so pleasant! Not sure of the pricing but they were here for 4 1/2 hours so I’m sure the price was comparable. Cleaned up nice too. Thank you
