- RRRecpsFeb 6, 20211.0Would be nice if they had the courtesy to call back after i left messages. It is good to be busy but dismissive of customers to ignore them. Best of luck trying to get them to consider your case.
- MRMeghan RanalloSep 9, 20195.0Very helpful and informative & Honest! Thank you for taking the time to explain the problem rather than only caring about the price!
- VVVeryProudMamaMiaMay 19, 20185.0Best around! Great service and response times; extremely nice people and quite knowledgeable!
- ABAriel BenzakeinOct 31, 20161.0Horrible company - very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I was without water for three days while they kept telling me "tomorrow" they'd fix it; finally had another company come out and perform the service, only to find out that they had removed my well pump, tubing, and pitless adapter from my property! Once I got it back, the other company fixed the issue (faulty 20 year old wire that S&L left in there when they replaced my pump three years ago) in an hour! There are other options in the area; avoid S&L at all costs!
