We had a great experience with iKitchens. We remodeled a former galley kitchen that had zero workspace efficiency and was not easy on the eyes with old worn cabinetry and mismatched appliances. We landed on more storage, beachy colors, classy design, and quality materials. The personnel and craftsmanship were very good. The communication, planning, permit schedule, and project management was outstanding. I think best part for me was the proposed schedule and actual schedule were on point. We love our new space and 100% would work with iKitchens again to keep improving our house. Highly recommend.

Our renovation experience with iKitchens Etc was excellent and exceeded expectations. iKitchens was able to remove a load bearing wall and add a supporting beam to transform our kitchen, dining and living room into our dream open concept space. They also cleverly designed an underutilized large second floor bedroom into an office and beautiful primary suite. The project manager’s attention to details was impressive and the crew’s craftsmanship was top-notch. Communication with the whole team throughout the project was superb with schedule and progress updates on their user friendly project management system. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the final product and highly recommend iKitchens!

We can't recommend iKitchens enough! In January, Renee Comeau was excellent with coming up with multiple design iterations in a short amount of time, including solving a design conundrum that had vexed us for years. She helped us with materials and layout and gently nudged us towards decisions that, now that the kitchen's done, were spot on. By March, we left for travels and Rich, Bruce and their team got to quick work. Demo started right away and they kept us appraised at every step through the easy-to-use Co-Construct platform. We could see progress via photos, address unexpected discoveries (look, that beam doesn't connect!), make last minute design decisions, etc. They stayed on-track with timing with only a couple brief delays, so the work was virtually done by the time we got back in late April. And they stand by their work. When the shelves didn't come out quite sturdy enough, they tracked down rock solid brackets and replaced them without any fuss. High-quality, trust-worthy, no questionable surprise add-on charges. We are so happy with their team and the work and couldn't be enjoying the results more.

I was very clear, before we even had our first meeting, what my budget was. They told me then that it would be $400 to proceed but I liked what I saw, repeated my budget, and paid them to come out and measure for the design. I was shocked when I finally got the proposal. It was $10,000 OVER what I repeatedly said I could afford. I have lost $400 not because I didn't choose to use them, but because they used unfair business practices. If they knew they could not meet my budget, (I was told cabinet prices had increased), just say so . To me, that is poor business. If you know you cannot meet a person's budget, say so. I feel I was taken for the design cost and they knew I could not continue on and use them fir the remodel. My $400 is not Refundable and that is ok if I chose not to use them, but not ok since they did not respec

iKitchens did a full kitchen remodel including removing interior walls to open up what was a small galley kitchen. The design and execution were professional and responsive. We were especially pleased with the flawless project management despite the challenges thrown up by the COVID-19 pandemic.
