  I have worked with Cavossa over the past few years and highly recommend them. As a rapidly growing small business on Cape Cod I have appreciated their support especially the Sales & Associate, Jordan Currie. Jordan has helped us navigate expansion with great communication on pickups and the additional of a new cardboard dumpster. Jordan has also worked with our company to ensure that we do not leave our gate unlocked every night with clear communication of schedules.   I just want to give a big thumbs up to Jordan at Cavossa Disposal. We had been shopping around for a new disposal service for several different businesses here on the Cape. One of the many phone calls I made, was to Jordan at Cavossa Disposal. She was (and is) very pleasant to work with, very professional, and answered all my questions in detail. What I like the most is that there is no BS. Unlike some of the other big-name disposal companies that service the Cape, Jordan was very straight forward with their pricing. She explained thoroughly that the price we were quoted, would be the same price that we see on our monthly invoices. The previous well-known local companies that we were dealing with have been since bought out by huge corporations that are now nation-wide. When you would call customer service, it was like dealing with a credit card company over the phone. Very robotic until you keep on hitting the dial pad just to throw off the automated system and get to a live person. You are known only by a customer ID number and you can never call back the same person that you just took 10 minutes to explain your issue and then for some reason, the phone disconnects. You call back and have to speak with a brand-new rep and you have to repeat the same things over and over again. They are all versed to say the same thing, they are very slick and misleading. Their prices seem very reasonable, you set up a contract, usually between 3-5 years, they tell you that these prices are locked in and will only go up x amount of dollars in the next year. Once again, all BS. They never tell you that in their ever so small writing on the contract, that they can change their pricing if for some reason, there is uncertain circumstances in the world, so we had to put that as an additional charge on your bill, but if you want out of their company, they will charge you all the months remaining in the year to break the contract. There is also the additional fuel and material charge that was never mentioned when you signed your contract. Oh, and there is also the mystery recovery landfill-recycle fee or the overweight fee. Before you know it, your verbally, agreed on price is now hundreds of dollars more a month. You should be told about all these extra charges right from the beginning from your sales rep, not from your first invoice. You do not get the BS from Cavossa, their invoice price is the same price you agreed on when you sign their contract. Jordan explained to me that their monthly price may be higher than those other companies quote you, but those other companies are giving you a base rate and then they hit you with all the other fees on your actual invoice. She is right! I have compared the bills side by side. Besides saving money, Cavossa has been very accommodating. We had one parking lot repaved, Cavossa came and moved our dumpsters out of the way on the date we asked them to, then came back when the parking lot was finished and put the dumpsters back in their spot. It is such a breath of fresh air to be able to call people you have contracts with and not get transferred a bunch of times and have to repeat requests just to have the person say, I am sorry, that is a different department or leave multiple messages with your sales rep and you don't hear back. With Cavossa, you get great customer service who are local, know the area well, and get a person who actually cares about making their customer happy. It is so nice not to have to deal with big, nationwide corporations where they treat you not as a person but a customer ID. I deal mainly with Jordan at Cavossa, she knows her job inside and out, but everyone I have spoken with there has been super nice and friendly. So happy we made the change!

  We needed a recurring rental for a 2 yard dumpster. I researched pricing on a few local businesses, and after speaking with Mikayla at Cavossa, I felt that I was receiving a fair price, and moved forward. Cavossa was flexible with delivery, and I was able to pick a date that was convenient for me. We've have the dumpster for about 2 months, and all pickups have happened on time, with no issues. I've reached out a few times to Mikayla with questions and she has been very responsive and friendly, and I am very happy with our service to date.

  My family and I have used Cavossa for a number of services dating back to the early 2000s for house clean out roll off dumpsters to one off jobs in the community like them donating beach clean up dumpsters to an association we are a part of, being a part of youth sports while Cavossa donated time and materials to restore fields and community areas and help put on community events over the years. More recently, this summer we opened up a family business of our own and used Cavossa for a temporary dumpster again for initial clean up, and now for regular commercial pick up. Cavossa has been extremely efficient, understanding, and reliable throughout it all. Opening a new business comes with a lot of surprises and unknown challenges and Cavossa has been a constant for us. All of the different drivers have been amazing—we’re always impressed with their skills and they always have a smile on their face! I know I sure wouldn’t be smiling driving around in summer traffic here! Highly recommend this company, they are also truly a locally owned and operated company which is extremely important to us and is very apparent by the way they show up for the community. Thank you Cavossa, keep it up!

  I’ve had a great experience with Cavossa Disposal from start to finish. Everyone in the office has been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Carl, who was patient, personable, and took the time to answer my questions. Doing business with Cavossa has been completely seamless and professional. The workers are always cordial, kind, and respectful. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that provides great service while still maintaining such a personal touch. Highly recommend!
