Jason has done a terrific job picking up our trash every week. We have no complaints with the service from Cavossa and highly recommend them.

Great service with Cavossa and Rowen as the driver. Happy to hear they will be picking up pumpkins after Halloween and disposing organically.

Have used Cavossa for years for my commercial trash pickup. Few weeks ago they damaged a commercial grade manhole cover that covered a septic tank…no one called in to their septic unit to come out and make the repair…they actually left the property, which was not protocol for this specific type of accident. I had to call our emergency crew out to make the 1162$ repair. Realize Cavossa is supposed to Be THE COMPANY you call for this exact repair. When I contacted Cavossa…the front desk girl said that their driver “did not mean to break it”! No one means to break things, it was an accident…however their approach to the accident was irresponsible and totally unprofessional. I still have not received any claim number from them and no one forwarded an insurance agents carrier number. Since then they have missed our trash pickup up. I am truly disgusted with the unprofessionalism lately. Don’t know if they have all new employees or what their issue is. Never ever were they like this in the past. Horrified!
