  We were without hot water this morning and had to be out of the house at 2:30pm. The service department initially committed to a noon to 4pm slot, which we booked, but hoped for an earlier time... an hour later we got an update that a tech was in the area and would be over on the late morning. Thanks for caring about our schedule, well done.

  I had Dan Morton of MacFarlane Energy service my oil burner today. Dan did a great job, took the time to explain what was being done and why. Dan was efficient, friendly and extremely neat and organized. Dan took the time to put on shoe covers so as not to track any thing across my floors. I have had many of these tune ups done, , this was the most thorough. Highly recommend Dan and MacFarlane.

  Technical Wayne came to my residence this morning. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do to resolve my boiler issue. He worked efficiently and was very neat as he worked on each baseboard radiator in each room being cartful of the rugs and furniture. This is the first phase of a two step process, he will return next week to complete the project as planned. I look forward to his return. Thank you Wayne. John

  Back in late July of this year George Fernandez came to my home to Provide an Annual service on my heating system and my AC system. He did a thorough inspection on both systems, did the Work required per the annual contract And kept me informed on his findings. George has provided service to my systems for many years and as always he was thorough, reliable and efficient in his duties. it’s always been a pleasure to have George Enter my home and perform the work that he does. I don’t believe I’ve ever had to callback for any issues-post his work. Great work, George !!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with your maintenance plan over the years, and Matt has been a big part of why we've trusted MacFarlane for so long—he has been servicing our account for at least the last five years, most recently completing the final oil reading for the sale of our Belmont house. Across the board, the quality of service from MacFarlane has been excellent, and Matt in particular has always been friendly, an outstanding communicator, and quick to resolve any issues that arose. In fact, our family’s trust in your company goes back even further, as Matt was also the technician who took great care of my mother-in-law’s home in Belmont.
