  A comedy of errors! I called the number for their Cape Cod operation to report no AC. Answering service seemed confused by address. Got no callback (this was July 4 weekend). Called again and answering service was apparently for the Dedham office because the tech called from an address in the Boston metro region trying to find me. He then contacted Cape Cod answering service and apparently straightened things out. I got another call from Brian Pires, the Cape area tech on call to say he would be here later that day. Lots of folks with AC trouble. Brian finally arrived late afternoon. I took him the compressor fan wasn't turning. He confirmed that and had us back up in under 15 minutes!

  Hello - I had a fantastic experience with MacFarlane Energy and the technician, David Gianino. First and foremost, their service work was high quality. However, above and beyond, he was incredibly prompt and arrived slightly before the window promised. Also, as an incredibly nice touch, MacFarlane emailed me a picture and bio or David the day prior. It is this kind of professionalism that will keep me coming back to this company, always. Huge thank you!!!

  Rick Walmsley was the HVAC technician who cleaned and serviced my heating system today. He was professional and polite . . He called to inform me prior to his arrival that he close by and arrived shortly after. He introduced himself and he evaluated what he might need for parts, and returned to his work vehicle to obtain his equipment. He informed me shortly before his departure that the system was working well and no issues were found. Rick was conscientious and efficient and did a great job. Thank you for your excellent service today, ensuring my furnace is operating efficiently. Ann Lupica

  Mark Rosa and George and the whole team were terrific! My sister and I trusted them 100%.Mark and his team set a very supportive, hard working, team oriented atmosphere. Communication was very clear from beginning to end. It was obvious that they were professionals that took great pride in their workmanship. His team had a great attitude about "there is no bad question" was evident, believe me, I like to ask questions! They even left the area cleaner than it was before they came! We highly recommend them and we're sorry to see them go.

  Cam came out to the house to get information for me on a new heating system. I am getting on in years...had been with Horan Oil for 35...and now it is Macfarlane. The system is 33 years old. Time to get a new one so that I don't have to worry about it in the future. Cam was great. Polite, happy, informative...able to answer ALL questions I had. Understood what I was looking for. Did NOT try to convince me of anything I did not want...or need. Gave me pros and cons and asked what I thought...and what I wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Professional. Was on- time. Just a great guy. I am grateful that he was the one I got to do my system review. I am confident that the service will be as good as it has ALWAYS been...and that Cam will follow through with everything he is supposed to do. I am...as always...a happy customer...and imagine I will continue to be one for another 37 years. (OK...maybe that is a little bit of an exaggeration) Use them if you want quality service. Ask for Cam.
