  I recently had a furnace issue that needed immediate attention. I called super service and they were able to dispatch a technician within the hour. The technician, CJ, was able to quickly identify the problem and provide me with solutions on how to move forward. Highly recommend their service specialists as they are professional, timely and knowledgeable!

  Rob and Jose were great. They were neat with my home and kept me informed about what they were doing. I would use Superservice anytime I have a plumbing issue and ask for them.

  The person who came to my house (Charles C) was fantastic, knowledgeable and patient. Overall, I was a little surprised. I called the number of a local plumber that did not make clear on their website that they were affiliated in any way with Super Service Today, but ended up being connected to SST. The system that SST uses seems rather Byzantine, and Charles did a good job of walking me through what was happening, but it was much more of a production that when Tretherway Brothers would show up and handle issues when I lived in Roslindale. It ended up costing $330 just to get the water to the shower shut of and the handle taken apart, and will over $1000 if they rebuild what is already there, and over $2000 of they replace the old valve and handle with new parts, which seems expensive but I have no experience pricing plumbing jobs.
