  I had a great experience with Eddy and would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. He came out to fix a leak and replace a kitchen faucet, and from start to finish he was professional, polite, clean, and very pleasant to deal with. Eddy arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly, kept the work area clean, and left everything neat when he was finished. He was also knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not always easy to find a plumber who is reliable, honest, and takes care of the little details, but Eddy checked all the boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future plumbing work. Excellent service from start to finish! Thank you Eddy.

  Ervis and Jonathan came by on time and jumped right in. They had to replace a broken shower drain and clear the line. They scoped the main drain and did a scope from the roof down to the main drain because of a gurgling issue. They replaced 11 gait valves with ball valve. They were excellent and I will use them again if needed. They also took pictures and videos and have started a file for future problems. They both were very nice and communicated what they had for a game plan. Very professional.

  Eddy cleared some difficult winding drains in my 3 family. Lots of grease, food, etc built up over the years from 3 kitchens feeding into the same drain. Professional, tidy, friendly. Gave me some tips on maintenance in the meantime too, beyond just no grease in the sink, which unfortunately we’ve got a lot of people in the building. I like this company - will call them again. And I like Eddy he actually did my DHW a while ago and that also went great. I feel like the price is fair. Thank you Eddy!

  I had a great experience with Jose B. from Super Service. He arrived right on time as scheduled and was very professional from the beginning to the end of the job. He worked efficiently, completed the job in a timely manner, and made sure to leave the area clean when he was finished. My only complaint was the price. I paid $2,700 to convert three shower faucets into one, which I felt was a little expensive. However, I understand that Jose is not responsible for the company’s pricing, especially since he works for a larger company like Super Service. Overall, I am very happy with the service Jose provided. He did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him. I honestly hope Jose is going to school to become a licensed plumber because he has a great attitude, is professional, and clearly knows what he is doing. Super Service is lucky to have someone like him!

  This past week, three different technicians from super service today came by our condo to help us address various issues / projects. We are first time home owners living in a new build, so we’re not super knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and what to look out for. Ervis did a walk through of our current set up and taught us a lot about our current systems / water lines / gas lines etc, and priced out the cost of hooking up or gas grill to a natural gas line. He was professional and knowledgeable and we felt confident we wanted to work with super service today after meeting Ervis. The next day, Raul came to our apartment to connect the grill to the gas line. He was super kind and also super knowledgeable! He had everything he needed to get the work done (which required building out additional piping) and I felt informed every step of the way. From what I can see, it looks like he did an amazing job. That same day, Eddy also came by the condo to address a sink blockage issue in our kitchen. Like Ervis and Raul, Eddy was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided both more affordable short term options and more expensive longer term options to fix and improve our kitchen plumbing and sink issue. We are extremely pleased with our experience with super service today and we will definitely continue to work with them in the future!
