  David and Elena we're great!!! This company came and did a camera scope for my sewer pipes for free!!! David was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things about my piping situation. He spent a lot of time and did not rush even though it was free! I hired Action King to do a snake job for my sewer which was backing up. When David put the camera through my pipes he showed me that the pipes were still not properly snaked after I paid almost $500 to get this job done. I think this company for being a company that prides themselves in helping their customers. I am a landlord and I know a lot of other landlords that always look for a good plumber and I believe this company has our business now! Kudos and thank you Super Service! It's really rare to find a company that is so customer oriented!

  Mike and Charles were great. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the assessment and recommendations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything, and I’m very happy with the service they provided.

  Rob P. was prompt, polite, and personable. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, offered two options (repair if possible -- or replace) and then proceeded to quickly perform the repair (the cheaper option!) and even made some additional adjustments to improve the overall functioning of our faucet. We called in at 8am and our problem was fixed before 1pm -- on a holiday! This was an excellent service experience.

  Came to my house for what was stated as a free estimate. Was told by the tech that it was usally a 150 dollar fee. I was told both by the AI and by the human that called me back that this was a free visit. I was then given the most outragious qoute. Over 3500 dollars. For a replacment that should at max range be 3k. They also pushed added servaces ontop of this quote. Am I paying 600 dollars an hour for work? I could get a lawyer or doctor at that price. I am not sure what the biz model is but inwould never use this place and will activly tell others to avoid it in my area. Anyone paying there prices is either ignorant, or to rich to pay attention to what things cost. Insane.
