  Great crew including two females. I particularly liked that there were women on the job. They did an amazing job with the installation and they were quick with good attention to detail and completed the job with perfect clean up. Excellent job and I am very satisfied with the whole process.

  We needed to re-do our roof and reached out to JP Carroll for an estimate. Immediately their salesperson, Kim, called and set up an appointment. Kim went over everything with us as to how their process works . Feeling confident with Kim's presentation, we scheduled our new roof. The day of our install, the project manager, Lee, talked with us and answered any questions we had. He stayed on the job while his crew went to work. They were very professional and worked fast to get the job done. Once finished, the crew cleaned up as if they were never even here. The house and yard was spotless of debrie. Kim, Lee and the crew were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend JP Carroll to do your roof.

  I had a fantastic experience with JP Carroll Roofing from beginning to end. The office was quick and efficient. TJ was thorough and knowledgeable when he came to the house for the estimate and walk-through. Tim, the on-site manager, was fantastic. He was readily available, communicative, personable, and thorough. Follow through from the office, TJ, and Tim was precise and timely, just as they promised. The day-of on-site crew were extremely hardworking, competent, experienced, and efficient. Their after project clean-up was meticulous. You would not have known they were here , except for my beautiful new roof. I highly recommend.

Everyone Performed their assigned duties with the Highest Level of Excellence and their Quality of their work also their Attention to Detail to each and every specific issue that needed to be addressed.
