I recently had a full roof replacement done by JP Carroll and th entire experience was fantastic! From the start Matt McGuire gave a great education on products, prices, and quality of work. By the end of the session he felt like family!! The dumpster and supplies arrived the day before the project as scheduled, all arranged by Ryan and he also supplied my contract. The installation crew arrived right on time and work efficiently. They took great care to protect my decks and landscaping. Lucas (from Boston) was the site manager and he answered my questions and ran for things in a timely fashion. Plus, his drone pics are great to see and have!! Communication with everyone was efficient. The clean up process was quality and best of all NO hidden surprises. If you need roofing done, I cannot recommend JP Carroll enough for their professionalism and quality of work!

The crew did an amazing job! They were extremely reliable and meticulous in their work. Lucas and Wilson answered all of our questions and kept us well informed. Lucas made himself fully available to us and highly professional! We had complete confidence in the entire team! A shout out to Stephen and Kim who visited us to assess our needs and explain the process. We highly recommend JP Carroll!

I would highly recommend using JP Carroll! From start to finish they were very professional, extremely knowledgeable with regard to all my questions-some of which were not easy-friendly and accommodating. Our sight needed some extra attention as our neighbors are very close by and in a tight spot. They were willing to work with us on a special request, had the Project manager Dan updated, informed and ready to go. He was here a good part of the day and kept us well informed and even went out of his way to run to Home Depot when something was missing. I will sing their praises to everyone- job well done!
